This is by far the worst bank I have ever had to do business with they constantly have issues with their cards with transferring to cash app or pay bills you can never get a hold of them when there is an issue the drive-thru is currently open right now yet the bank is closed and they will not answer the phone even though they are inside the bank doing business I have a business account and can I access any of my money which is why we stop putting money in the account in the first place do not do business with this bank they are a nightmare

I've been a customer here for a few years now. I decided to do RCB Bank after they got me a fantastic interest rate on my house (4%) before all the economy stuff went down. Concerning this location, Bekah is very knowledgeable and helpful with my specific situation. She recognizes me when I come in, along with other employees of the bank. It's more personal than big city banks, and I like that.

Not happy with this bank unfortunately. I get they are not a credit union but dang man. Almost impossible to move money from one bank to another unless doing a wire transfer, no money transfer services offered like zelle etc. The "bank" has really no services other than you can put money in the ATM that sometimes works "like the bank" or pull it out. Working on finding other options for our company that isn't in the stone age. Plenty of banks that offer much better services for less fees. Really had high hopes since it's so close to the office. Want a secured credit card? Go online fill this form out and we will outsource it. Need this? Need that? Go online fill this form out we will outsource it to another company. Not a bank your a broker that holds money.I mean come on, if we want to bank online and use online service to do everything we would have just went with an online bank. They offer better stuff and may become an end option over RCB.Edit( you can't even transfer money on the app from one account to another after hours. I literally have to wait until the next day to use my money in personal account. This bank is terrible my other bank is immediate when using online banking or the app even at 2am. Get it together!)
