My husband went in as a new patient and saw the newly licensed Nurse Practitioner, Ginny Polm, bc they wouldn’t allow him to see Dr Beymer or Brant. They forced the new NP on him despite his preference for a physician. She wanted to change his heart medications that he was put on by OHI and not to mention he is stable on, despite having 2 months experience (very unsafe and irresponsible). Today he called to fill those meds and the pharmacy doesn’t even have the prescriptions? She also didn’t send his cardiologist referral? Really… it’s been 2+ weeks!! So now he has NO MEDS for his uncontrolled HTN and heart failure. God forbid something happens to him… How unprofessional and unsafe. Why is she not being properly supervised? Not what I expected from a Nurse Practitioner, especially since I am a FNP with 22 years experience.

I love how quick they are to get back to you ! Evetime that i have ask to get my prescriptions filled they are super fast to get them in! I also recommend if you are wanting to get started on a weight loss journey to contact them . They have helped me lose 40 plus pounds and I feel amazing !!

They don't clean before injecting you with a needle, didn't run any of my numbers or go over prior health or medications before giving me injections, and then it's been weeks and no call or return of my call to go over my blood work. This place should be shut down.

Upon seeing my son, none of them diagnosed the formula being the reason why my infant was full of muscus. They didnt know he had to have surgery; they continued to give him medicine, while he filled up with mucus causeing him to lose parts of his hearing. Ive called numerous times and have not gotten a return call.

I see Ashley Cooper. She is the most down to earth person. She tells you upfront and doesn't sugar coat which i absolutely love. She literally sits in the room and listens to EVERYTHING I have to say. She doesn't pop in then pop out in 2 minutes.

I had an appointment for myself and my two sick kids, and they insisted that I get there by 10am. Just as I had finished loading my two toddlers up in their car seats, the office calls and cancels my appointment at 9:35am! I feel this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will definitely be changing our provider ASAP!

My childrenstarted going to him back when my daughter was a patient of Dr.shoemake was the Dr. Before he took over the clinic and now my grand son is a patient of his if it wasn't for Dr. Brant he wouldn't be with us today the PCP he had told us that he just had allergies but come to find out by the time we got to Dr Brant after two trips to the ER Rm we finally took him to Dr Brant and he put him in the hospital he had pnimonpneumonia pneumonia

Glad we found this place. Rural Oklahoma is very lacking in physicians, a good doctor is even harder to find. I liked the staff and I liked the doctor. Wasn’t crazy about seeing “Bristow Medical Center owned” at first, but they seem much nicer. Didn’t load my kids up on sugar either. No suckers, just balloons. This mom of a hyper kid appreciates that for sure! They seemed caring and responsive to our needs.

Would rate 0 if I could ever time I come to this place I get told different times about being late and one person up front is very rude me and my wife and my sister just found a needle on the floor in the waiting room
