This place deserves less than a 1!! They are so incredibly rude!! First time I thought maybe it was just an off day so I gave them a break. After the third time, three strikes you are out. I will never step foot in there again.

The lady who I assume was the owner was very rude. It seemed like a inconvenience to help or answer anything that I had to ask. Would rather just go to Lowes than give money to people who don’t treat others with respect. I would give a zero star but sadly for this case it is not available just like there customer service.

Every time I come in they are always right on top of making sure you are helped with everything you need no one is ignored. Regardless of the biggest project or the smallest fix every customer is treated exactly the same. I have never left there empty handed, I bring in the parts/ take pictures or sketch out my project & they always find a way to help me get everything I need.

Called to check if they had an item in stock, they confirmed over the phone they had 2 kinds. When I showed up a couple hours later they did not have it. The man that "helped" me at the store couldn't care any less. Very poor customer service. Might as well go to lowes.

No one in there we went into get wood screws..4 employees followed us everywhere..got to the register my husband stepped away to look at paint and 2 more employees stood on either end of the aisle and stared at him like he was gonna steal a can of paint..ended up getting 2 small boxes of wood screws they rang up at over 50 dollars told them to keep their gold plated screws..crazy they have no customers right
