Let’s just start with I normally go to CVS however it has been closed down . Now most of our locals in this area have to go to Walgreens . This is my second visit and just like my first visit it was Horrible! There are maybe 6 to 7 techs working in the pharmacy. They Have never said “be right with you .” No acknowledgement at all. One tech proceeds to walk by me and goes to the drive thru still Nothing. Maybe I had my invisible cloak activated. They are So rude and very impatient. The African tech is the rudest especially over the phone. I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they have no customer nothing . They don’t even smile when they finally get to you. How do you leave your local pharmacy feeling emotional. My suggestion is that they do a customer etiquette coarse just to get back to the basics… “ Hello someone will be with you shortly.” 5 thumbs Down and a forget convenience I’m going back to CVS!!!!

They gave me my 2 year old antibiotics without mixing it. I got home and couldn’t give it to him.The tech that gave it to me did not apologize but the pharmacist did many times. I guess the tech didn’t care enough to read the big mix sticker it had on it when she got it ready for me. This place is getting worse and worse. They will take 7 to 8 hours to fill your prescription also.They also cannot get a pickup order done in the same day with 7 items.

Gave me the wrong dose for my son last week, so he is still sick and this week they gave me the wrong prescription entirely. The pharmacy manager gave me every excuse about why it was practical for the tech to have given me the wrong prescription, and then tells me they don't actually have what I need in stock. I don't understand why they didn't take it seriously that I was given wrong dose and wrong prescription.

By far these are worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had anywhere. 2 of my prescriptions were not filled, with no known time frame of when they will be ready.The ladies behind the counter are only interested in making themselves laugh, while making paying customers wait in ever increasing line due to their snails pace "customer service", and to add salt to the wound they act like you are inconvenience to them!!!I'm calling my doctor tomorrow to have my prescriptions sent to Sam's Club instead.

It is difficult to get service at the pharmacy. Three times now (on different occasions) I've tried to call to verify that my prescriptions were ready (since I never receive texts stating they are) and someone in the pharmacy picks up the phone and hangs it up! Most recently tonight after I held for over 12 minutes! Seriously lacking in customer service and care! Definitely switching pharmacies. Third strike of your pharmacy people picking up and hanging up. You're out!

The staff are usually really nice, patient and kind - but frequently overworked.The issue is more with Walgreens Corporate's policies and strategy.I would not recommend this as a pharmacy. The only reason it's not a one-star review is due to the staff. You might want to think about that, Walgreens.Lassiter is a great local business to support, and Walmart Pharmacy is good (for now) if you'd rather stick with a national chain.Yes. Walgreens Del City is SO bad that I'm recommending Walmart above them.

Zay took my mom’s and my passport photos and she was the sweetest person ever! She made sure everything was done perfectly and she made me feel so comfortable. This has been my best experience at any Walgreens. Thank you so much Zay.

I ordered photos I need for a party and went the next day to pick up only to discover they couldn’t be printed because they’re out of paper…I didn’t get a phone call, email, or any type of notification there was an issue. They can’t transfer my order to another Walgreens nor would that help because they’re all out of paper in this area. Why would the website/app allow orders to be accepted for stores that can’t fulfill them?

My husband has a medication he's been taking for years and will take for the rest of his life and they question it every month, he has four refills left on the prescription but they want him to call the doctor and have him send something special every single month, He has to go in for his prescription and he said this old lady was demanding her medicine what is wrong with these people that work there? If they don't want to work in Pharmacy why don't they get a new job? We've called the doctor's office and all of our prescriptions which equals about 12 a month are being called in at Leicester drugs. Not going to deal with Walgreens EVER again.

The staff at this location is incapable of getting things right EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Our doctors offices are CONSTANTLY having to do multiple repeat calls to this Walgreens in particular to even attempt to get our meds right, and it is still a major mess!! The staff is lacking knowledge of basic pharmacy stuff. They are incompetent and rude!! We will be changing to CVS promptly.

Pray you never, ever need to speak to anyone in the Walgreens Del City pharmacy from your home!!! I've had to use them for my mother's prescriptions for about 2 years now, and they just DO NOT answer the telephone. It doesn't matter how long you hold. I try using the automated system to call in her refills, but inevitably, it says, "Let me get you to someone who can help," but no one ever answers. I, therefore, have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy to drop off a list of the refills she needs, then, go on another trip to pick them up, just praying they're all ready. I use Lassiter Drug, but they don't take mother's insurance. Walgreens Del City is pathetic! The prescription racket is bad enough without these guys making it even more difficult to get mother's meds.

This Walgreen's is by far the most terrible I've used. Always say they didn't get the RX in the voicemail or on the fax and then it just happens to turn up. Massive turnover and they are SSSLLLOOOOWWWW. Go to CVS.

terrible customer service showed up at open walked in to an attitude showing employee because she claimed the doors were locked even though it opened for me. just trying to get an inhaler for my asthma.

HORRIBLE wait time!!! It doesn't matter if you go inside the store or through drive-thru. There were plenty of people behind the counter, but nothing was ready for ANY of the customers. It just doesn't make sense that EVERY TIME I or my husband goes to this pharmacy that anyone should have to wait that long!
