“Just wanted to review the great experience and service I had with Sam and the team here. Went in for brake pads and rotors and he took the time to check other items in the car and found the timing belt had cracks in it, as well as the drive belts. They were well past time for a change, so thank you Sam for taking the time to check those. Got the timing belt, drive belt, and brakes all completed within 24 hours. Will bring any vehicle issues I have here in the future for sure.”
“These guys are excellent for anyone who may not know anything about vehicle maintenance , or just don't have the tools or time to do their own work. These guys do it right the first time ! I took my truck to them for a cracking sound in my front end ( that had just been overhauled by a shop here in Yukon OK ) both swaybar links had failed. They had me in and out in about an hour. You can literally sit in the lobby and watch your vehicle being fixed. If you're tired of being lied to , taking advantage of and paying through the nose for no account maintenance then this is your , SHOP ! Reliable, affordable and time efficient !

“Let me just begin by saying, these people are the best! I had my Honda F6B vandalized in a parking group, resulting in the handlebar being rendered inoperable. I couldn't ride the bike, and it was going to be almost impossible to get a tow truck to it. None of the usual suspects -- Maxey's Honda, Sooner Cycles, Oklahoma Honda & Suzuki, etc. -- were at all interested in going out of their way to help a fellow motorcyclist from out of town...their attitudes were very disappointing. Don and Lisa from The Motorcycle Tire Store were completely different. Don pitched in and came up with an ingenious solution to my broken handlebar, and then worked on it almost non-stop from 2:00 - 6:00 PM. Here are my two key takeaways -- #1. The Motorcycle Tire Store is first and foremost dedicated to meeting the customer's needs; and #2. Unlike most shops, that hire techs with limited problem-solving capabilities, this company brings a wealth of both experience and expertise to their customers. I only wish that I could give this company more than 5 stars!”

“These guys are the best, my daughter had a reoccuring issue with her vehicle just loosing power while she was driving. After 3 different shops including the dealership of the vehicle and over $1,500 and no answer.
A friend told me about Shepherd Auto. I called and Scott explained their process for analysis and the cost. They went over the entire vehicle and found the issue. A call from the Scott explained what would have to be done to repair the issue.
A detailed print out of all issues found, the recommended solutions with a time and cost was sent to her.
Next the granddaughter's car just quit. The vehicle was towed to Shepherd. They called to let me know the vehicle had arrived and they would run their analysis and give me a call. Within hours they sent a complete analysis and cost report. She wasn't able to have everything repaired only the repairs that would get it road ready. When we came to pick up the vehicle Scott had taken the time to prioritize the repairs that she wasn't able to have done at the time in order of their importance.
By the way I received the original referral to Shepherd Automotive from another mechanic.”
“When you arrive, turn in on S 15th instead of turning onto S Central. That way you are set up to back up to the ramp for loading. You will be asked to slide your tandems and once they are close to completion, they will have you back up to remove chock and then pull forward to have room for forklift operator to finish putting tires in trl by the doors. Once doors are shut, proceed to the office to sign and date paperwork, get your two copies and seal. Very friendly staff.”
“All I can say is thank God for Take 10 Tire & Service! Kingdom Camaraderie Foundation was on our first mission to serve the community. We had the car fully loaded and hit the road to feed the homeless only to discover that we had a flat tire! Take 10 Tire was right up the street! I went in and asked how much it would be to fix the flat or possibly buy a used tire. They informed me that they didn't sell used tires, but they were going to take a look at my Tire and see what they could do. My baby and I waited patiently. One of the guys helping us came in to talk to us. He let me know they're was a nail in my tire and they fixed it. However my two front tires were bald and they could see the metal in the tire. Which is very unsafe. My heart sank because I didn't know what to do. I didn't have enough to replace the tires, and I definitely don't want my baby and I to be unsafe. Not only that, but what about the mission to feed the homeless? But before I could say anything, the employee told me if I waited patiently for a few more minutes they were going to install two used tires on the front to get us back on the road safely free of charge. Y'all! God is good! What a blessing! Take 10 tire went above and beyond making our saftey their priority. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. They can count me in as a loyal customer for life! Thank you God for Take 10 Tire and Service and all employees!”
