“I went there with my fiancé and my son and the gentleman who helped us was amazing! Not just at selling shoes, but just all around amazing. He noticed my son had a dinosaur shirt on and started to talk to him about dinosaurs and even took him behind the counter to show him and ankylosaurus. 10/10 service and loved how he went above and beyond to talk to my kiddo as well ☺️”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought a 3 piece suit for my husband to wear to our daughter's wedding. Our salesman referred us to a seamstress to have some alterations done. When we returned to her at the scheduled day to pick up his suit, we found she hadn't even started on the alterations! She said she would get the work done but it would be several hours. The wedding was the next day at 10am so panic set in!
We returned to GQ to buy some additional items and quietly mentioned the issue. The owner quickly stepped in and contacted the seamstress. He then insisted on giving us discounts on additional items and giving us several items at no cost even though the situation was in no way their fault. He then drove to her shop to check on the situation as well as to fold and put in the pocket square for my husband. We were able to get the suit within a couple of hours and my husband looked amazing for the wedding!
We have already recommended this store to several people and will continue to do so. We will definitely be returning to buy my husband some suits for work. They have found life long customers and supporters! You just don't find customer service like this anymore!”

“Love Gordon Stuart! Just purchased a No# 21 blouse. I have a pair of earrings from there that when I wear I’ll get so many compliments. They have also made me a LaMer devotee. A favorite afternoon for me is to stop in for a visit with Gayle & Liz only to go home with a fabulous blouse, scarf, shoes, purse or maybe a wonderful candle. They know fashion! “On my third pair of boots from this location and every experience has been awesome! Newest pair is the light tan bovine Cartwrights. Beautiful & broke in easily within a week. Made the boneheaded mistake of not putting on a protectant spray and come week two had some coffee splash onto them. Swung by the store that day to pick up the basics care kit to try and fix them myself... an awesome employee John offered to clean them up in store! Grabbed my basics care kit to avoid this mistake in the future. Tecovas products and customer service are both top shelf. Thanks John!”
“Updated review (2023) Can I give more than 5 stars? Little Joe always has a great selection. We stop in every Christmas while visiting family and the past 3 years I walk away with new boots for me!Original review (2016) I've purchased boots from Little Joe over the past 12 plus years. I too live outside of Oklahoma, but always make time to stop in the store. Joe fitted me for a pair of Whites Boots and they are going on 10 years old now! My wife also purchased a pair of boots. Great selection, friendly staff, and locally owned. Good job Little Joe.”
“I have had so much pain even to where I couldn't walk due to my right ankle and problems with it. This has gone on for 28 years and now I have finally found someone with the knowledge and equipment to get me fitted with the proper shoes and Orthotics to put me on the right track. These people are my new friends. If you are having problems I recommend you make them you new friend as well.”

“Anna & Britney were SUPER WELCOMING & SUPER INFORMATIVE. Partner & i stopped by to check out the location we just saw it driving by, and WOW! Such a big store, was so surprised by all products offered & the variety of sports brands! Such a welcoming staff & super cool hole in the wall store to visit for sport attire & supply needs (skiing, biking, some swimming gear, snowboarding everything you could ask for with outdoor adventure gear as well as many other small fun item finds/essentials) we didn’t buy anything this time since we stopped by unexpectedly, but we will DEFINITELY be Returning/shopping online with them as well!”

“I needed new shoes badly (my old faithfuls were literally coming apart) so I stopped in here after reading the great reviews. I'm happy to report the customer service was even better than I'd hoped, as I was greeted instantly by 2 customer service reps, who were equally friendly and attentive to my questions. Thanks to them, I left with a perfectly comfortable pair of new walking shoes! Very grateful to have found Grinmore during my short stay in OKC. HIGHLY recommended for great shoes, and even greater people.”
“Went in to make a quick return & during that time I witnessed a very rude customer be unnecessarily disrespectful to Casey as she was trying to assist with her needs. The customer was disputing the price that the shoes rang up for. Casey ultimately called over Talia for some help and when Casey stepped away to cover the area Talia was covering the lady asked Talia if Casey was a new employee because she “act slow & dumb, or retarded or something” Talia politely asked the customer, “ please don’t be rude” and I wanted to give both of these lovely’s credit for providing exceptional service with a smile despite the rude, disrespectful and unnecessary comments made by the customer. They both are sweet, polite, and very helpful! The world needs mor managers like Talia!”
“These are some really good dues. I have shopped there for my wife many many times and they are always a pleasure to be around and shop with. I think their prices are absolutely fair considering you get to walk in, try them on, look at options, and sell sneakers instantly to them for a good price/store credit while you are there. “Nice store- great consultants. Thank you Sherri- purchased the Zoie mesh dress. I live in another city, so I purchased the dress over the phone and then returned to the store to retry it and take delivery of it. While there, I found a scarf that goes so well with the dress. We have thought of five other ways to style the dress. So excited. It is comfortable and fits well. The mesh is very forgiving. The colors are muted, yet colorful and the dress looks intricately designed”
“I’ve always loved Buckle, and have shopped there for years. The OKC store was the very first experience my 16 yo daughter has had to shop there. Shes at that age where she’s working on changing her style from running shorts and graphic tees to cuter, more stylish things. When I explained the goal to the young associate, she immediately got to work helping my girl find cute things based on what she’d learned about her. Not once did she even ask what size my daughter was, even in jeans, but she nailed it! My daughter was so impressed. There were only a few items we didn’t end up getting, but we walked out with all kinds of new things, no running shirts, no zero graphic tees, a happy girl and a satisfied momma! This has always been the experience I’ve had at the Buckles I’ve shopped in. Those associates are so fun, very well trained and make shopping with picky teenagers a joy! I will always be a fan of Buckle, as will my daughter now. Great job Buckle Co, you’ve created a brand and employees that know good ole fashion customer service and it’s awesome!”

“Typical academy, but they're generally well stocked and the staff are usually nice. Mostly come here to walk in the AC. They always have weird stuff in the BBQ/grill section, so stay away from there or you'll end up spending 50-100$ before you realize it, although my fish fryer pan works great.”
