There were other people in the shop, and the Assistant Manager who helped me, was discreet and professional. I felt safe and even protected. He made sure I got in my car safely. “I went in today to look at men's wedding bands with my fiance. We were greeted right away by a lady by the name of Christine. She was knowledgeable of all the rings they had in their inventory. She was very helpful and patient with us. My fiance is very picky about what he's looking for. We didn't end up finding the ring we were looking for but we'll definitely be back. “This is a great store! The employees are extremely helpful and concise - you don't feel like you're negotiating with someone that is attempting to take advantage of you or any situation you may be in that may have caused you to have to pawn an item, etc.
They have to deal with many different personalities and some of those personalities can be difficult, but they aren't ride at ALL. They just match the tone/energy of the person dealing with them, and most times they're very humorous to talk to!
They give you a price/deal quickly without any fuss. Plus, they have a lot of GREAT deals at this store! We haven't seen anything that's ridiculously-priced.
This is definitely a store you need to spend a few minutes in, browsing around and maybe even finding that unique treasure you've always wanted! We just love them!”

The manager on the other hand was doing nothing, Rachelle was trying to help me, answer phones and it seemed like the manager got a attitude when she ask for help. These days with gas prices like they are that kind of customer support is very helpful.”
“My father did business with this store. When he passed away my baby brother managed to aquire our father's things and put them in a lawaway 2 days before he suddenly passed away. With the help from Jacky at another location and this locations store manager Dawn I was able to secure my fathers property.
When I went to pick it up. I was told by every employee that was in the store they all knew my father and adored him. Some of the younger ones just thought he was a cool old man and loved his planes. Dawn said she has known him since way before this location.
They had been praying for my family and I never knew it.
As I walked out the door I hear we will keep you in our prayers.
In the parking lot ran into another customer who Obviously knew my father as well. It was nice. Like a little family reunion with a family I didn't know I had.
