The little thing... So, get my cars oil change here. Last time I was there the tech decided to let the air out of my tires, didn't ask, didn't inform me. I like them at 40-42 psi. Left me with 4 tires ALL different pressures. So ANNOYING and just trashy thing to do. Especially since it left both my back tires at 33psi (they are my newest tires) so not only do d it cause more wear but I was getting shitty gas mileage and my car was driving like crap. This happened not once, but 2x!! May not seem like a big deal, but with my busy schedule, and not being conveniently near a air pump I drive like this for 4 months not realizing how crappy my car is driving. I have less than 35k on my car and don't appreciate the extra wear and tear something like this causes. (By the way when filling up the air with the car on, the car beeps at you at 45psi, why not set it to 35 if that is what the manufacturer recommends. Seriously!)The bigger thing...Every time I went in I was asked if my car had any issues, like stalling, because there was a software update. ( If it ain't broke, don't fix it) I declined. Well, the car started having what I'll call fuel intake issues right after start up. Thought I got bad gas somewhere. Finally said something and was told they needed to do a diagnostic. $140 charge. Well, it needed the software update. I'm pissed! If there is an update, this should be the FIRST thing considered and done. At no charge because it's obviously a Nissan issue that they should take care of FREE OF CHARGE!! Spoke to mgr who took off $40 ( some thing they do all the time to make it look like you're getting a break when it's an offered discount/promotion at the time) So, I consider this a dishonest business practice, plain and simple. Oh and now I can't dim my touchscreen for night time, and there is now an issue when I plug in my phone to charge. Car "detects USB" connection and switches to this and disconnects from the radio/cd/whatever. Infuriating when you are listening to the radio! TY expensive software update

My 2020 Nissan Kicks this weekend broke down on us, the battery went out. I finally found one and purchased after calling 6 places and know one had this battery in stock. Finally we found one, when I took the battery in for the core charge the gentleman told me it was still under warranty Orr Nissan should replace it, Well we had to get home so we bought a battery to get us home and get this it has a 4 year Warranty. Well I called Orr Nissan East today and asked about a new battery they sent me to some guy who ask me how many miles was on the Kicks so I went outside and looked and said 38 thousand with a few other numbers, he said well its not under Warranty. Your Warranty expired at 36 thousand miles. For the life of me he must think I am stupid I said the mileage of the Kicks has nothing to do with the Warranty on the Battery. I said it don't expire until October 26th, 2023. The manufacture date was October 26th, 2020. I told him they just lost a customer and he didn't even care. Buyers Beware of This Place!!!!!

Judah and all the staff treated me like family. They have restored my faith in dealership service. I will be taking my vehicle there for all of my oil changes and maintenance needs. I trust them to give me a reasonable price and complete the work to a high standard. I thought Walmart might cost me less to use Mobile 1 high mileage motor oil but I was wrong. I had some bad experiences at Walmart in the past too such as; stripping the oil drain nut and using the wrong type and weight of oil though it was written on the oil cap of the vehicle. Orr Nissan had a team of competent workers on my car checking the tire pressure and fluids not just changing my oil. They were making sure I would be safely back on the road and worry free. Only Orr Nissan East employs a nice man named Howard to drive you home or back to work while they work on your vehicle. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

If I could give no star I would. Sales people and secretary don't even have any idea that there is a sale going on. How is that? TERRIBL!!!!! Never go again and hope that nobody else does either!!! STEER CLEAR

Long story short, this dealership swindled me out of more than $7000.00 dollars total. $4050.00 on some BS they called an inventory surcharge and $3000.00 on a trade-in. Smiles, coffee and sweet rolls don't make up for cheating. What is needed are laws that protect the consumer from outright robbery by these sheep in wolves clothing. Right now there is no law to protect you from paperwork filing fees that only cost less than $75 dollars to file, instead dealers charge hundred of dollars and more to file simple papers for a sale. These thieves use flowery words and so-called sales pitches to lure you in and then take a deep dive into your money. Once your excitement wanes and you look at your paperwork, you'll see that in most cases you've been taken on a ride that you paid for. So now that I got that off my chest, what is needed is for consumers, like you and I, to get off our collective butts and talk to elected representatives and see if there can be some oversight on this legal robbery. I earned my money through years of hard work and service to my country and so should car dealerships. Let's make some phone calls and write letters to our representatives about this on-going thievery. Lastly, let me say that I complained to the Better Business Bureau and got nothing.......they are useless. I tried to talk to the manager and got nothing........his responses via the Better Business Bureau were pitiful. I tried to contact the cowardly owner and got zero........wouldn't even take a meeting or phone call. OK dealerships, now you speak !!!
