It used to be a good store but now you have employees who are sleeping behind counter waiting 25min and alone in store while other employee was at gas pumps

Is there a lotto machine was still up and running at 11:10 and as far as I knew you were able to use the machines and cash in your tickets until midnight but the only person behind the register who was too busy counting money out of the drawer to even look up at me just said with no type of customer service they don't cash those after 10:00 pm and I feel like if the machine is working then they should be able to cash them in if they forgot to shut the machine down she should at least apologize not continue to look straight down with no customer service acting like it's my problem whenever they should be able to cash in a ticket if they allow you to get out of the machine I hate that aren't you is turning into 7-Elevens and be just as rude as the 7-Elevens are and honestly that's the reason that they went out of business so if it doesn't switch and finally find people that know how to talk to customers they're going to end up going the same route at 7-Eleven and having to shut down a bunch of stores and sell their entire corporation

I love going to this On Cue, Mrs. Cynthia is always so pleasant and kind. I just wanted to show some recognition to this lady for her hard work. Thank you for going the extra mile and checking if there was a juice in the back I couldn't find . Every time I come in the store I'm always greeted with a beautiful kind filled smile. Thank you!

Every OnCue store that I have ever been in has ALWAYS been a really great quick stop experience!
Clean and functioning bathrooms, fountain machines that are well stocked and carbonated, and really great gasoline that I feel does last longer than other gasoline brands.
Not to mention the great service and good food at The Grill locations.
Keep on doing what you're doing InCue, because you're doing a great job!

We went through the drive thru around 11am and Aaron was very helpful and went above and beyond. He was very polite and quick. We don’t usually go to Oncue but definitely will be coming back.
