I CRIED! I had the worst experience with another shop in the Del City area, they absolutely pulverized my vehicle... but Mike's Automotive they were HONEST, QUICK, DEPENDABLE, OMG MADDIE AND CATIE ARE THE MVPs HERE! MARK WAS SOOO NICE AND EXPLAINED THINGS WHERE A CAR FOOL LIKE ME WOULD UNDERSTAND!
WE WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF WE CAN GET IT DONE AT MIKES!

I had my Explorer in for some electrical issues. The staff coordinated everything with the warranty people, gave me a ride home, and then picked me up when the work was done. All the staff bent over backwards to help me and they were extremely friendly and nice.

Mikes automotive has been nothing but the best for me any of the times I’ve seen them! Had a 97 mustang they helped me with telling me what needed to be replaced! Squeezed me right in this morning for a CEL, Maddy is upfront, honest and not out to break your pockets! Always get it inspected before spending unnecessarily money!

I can't give a low enough recommendation for these guys. They should run for congress, they're so corrupt. I came in to repair my car and was told it would cost $2,200 to replace some rubber hoses. It was my family's only car and I needed to get to work to support us. I told them I couldn't afford it and they said they would knock off some of it and encouraged me to use their "really good and fair" financing to pay for it. The car lasted 5 days after they "fixed it" before breaking down in the exact same way and was told I needed a new radiator. I finally checked the financing contract to find out they charged 150% interest rate. I would give these folks 0 stars and have them prosecuted by the law if I could.

Two other shops couldn’t figure it out. One was Jeep dealer who kept my vehicle for 3 days. Mike identified the issue and fixed it in less than 1 day.
