I will not be going to this salon anymore. The hair designer was neither friendly nor listened to my request for hairstyle recommendations. I was unhappy with my hair, so I went to another salon the next day and found out that my hair was not properly trimmed. One side had layers while the other side did not. I doubt her skills.

I had haircut here couple weeks ago, although the lady did not talk too much with me, but I am very happy with my new look and that’s all I care about. My new haircut is very close to the picture I showed her. If you want to have a perfect hair style with affordable prices, you should definitely try this place.

Unfortunately from other customer reviews, it's clear the pattern of racism is not a coincidence. I came in with my friend of a different race, and it was obvious they did not treat them the same as the stylist treated me. It didn't seem like they respected what my friend wanted and quickly finished with what they wanted. But with me, they were kind and gave me more time to take care of my hair. I don't understand the discrimination, and it is disrespectful.

Bad attitude for different racial, even they are from Korea, huge shame to them, don’t care what customers want for their hair style, if she cut your hair badly , she will ask you pay extra for fix it. That means pay for her mistake !! So disappointed !! Only show her smile to customer when the moment you pay it !!

They have different attitudes toward different races. And they do not keep professional skills. I feel that they want to let me leave as quick as I can when they gave me a haircut.

We had Cate and she was absolutely fun and professional. She made me feel absolutely beautiful on our big day. My hair and makeup turned out perfect and I hardly had any idea on what to do. She’s amazing. Would use this service again!
