Great service! Norman store was out of a tool I needed so I drove all the way up to Del City store to get it. I called first and Matthew helped me. He could not have been any more helpful. Total 5 Star service!

home of cheap and mostly functional tools. some of the pricier store brands are very nice quality (getting up there to German tool prices though)

Had an issue with a couple returns I did. They ended up ringing up the wrong item and I was shorted $30. I wasn't sure what happened at the time but a manager, I think his name was Brandon, saw I was confused and offered to help. He figured out what happened for me and got me my full refund. Exceptional service!

Harbor Freight Tools —HFT—is a low cost to the big box places and so as the quality of its tools. I only use tools bought from HFT for a day and it becomes unusable. This cannot justify saving money. So, I’ll go back to brand names tools at the brand name stores. Nevertheless, HFT still have selectable items that can save you money like, for example, tarps, nails, bolts, hoses, led lights, gloves, etc; but not tools.
