Needed to have my car worked on. Got an appointment to get it diagnosed. Got there and he was upset about a death of some sort, one of his technicians father was in the hospital... well he told me he would contact me. I was understanding.It has been 2 weeks. I know when I have been blown off. What a waste of gas and time!

This company is trash, got my Altima on April 10 and had problems from the beginning. Brakes squeak very loud all day and they claim it was cause its cold, my key fob wasnt working good, check engine light came on, tire pressure light still on. Basically the problems i had when i took it to them are still my same problems. I have 5 year warranty on my car and they did nothing to help resolve my issue only thing they said was take it Nissan and sent me on my waym

Had my first visit with this place today for an oil change. Staff was friendly, and service was good. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall, I like this place. I'll probably use this as my oil change spot from now on!

Great service! Took the time to check on part availability. Took my job and was able to get it done with minimal inconvenience to me. Looks like I have found a local mechanic I can trust! Not hoping to be back soon, but I certainly know where I will go when I need a mechanic.

Went here to have a fuel pump replaced, they did a shabby job which caused problems with the canister, which then ruined the brand new fuel pump. Spoke with them multiply times about the problem and was put off. Had to spend $1070.00 at a more reputable repair shop to fix the mess they made.

I always take my car here. I've never had any problems; it's always great service for reasonable price in a timely manner. I usually drop my car off and they call me when it's ready, but they also have a little waiting room with a TV, a water cooler, and WiFi.

I brought my car in already knowing what was wrong. I hadn't the time or energy to deal with it myself. H.W. Automotive not only had the lowest estimate out of 4 shops that I called, they were the only shop that could be bothered to fix it same day. My car is working great and they didnt try to sell me extra stuff like wipers or filters or belts, I really appreciate that kind of straight forward business. Thanks guys!
