If I could give a zero I would. Date is 3-20-24 2:13 pm. Called and guy told me to wait a moment. I was on hold for over 18 minutes. So I called back and guy said to call back in 30 minutes. So he wasn't going to say anything and I would have been on hold for almost an hour. Terrible and i mean terrible customer service! And this is not the first time this has happened and that's what makes me so mad! This place is a complete mess

Went to 3 different stores only one that had what I needed called them at 10 am had a long day called Kristyn 8 mins before closing and they held my laptop for me super pleased with the whole team’s enthusiasm and customer service! As gave me a 24 hour return
