I am giving three stars because they did my nails, I think the work deserves that at least.... super overpriced for no reason. Nothing crazy wrong with the place, my nails are longer than what I wanted but the prices (even with inflation) are pretty high.

The worst dip I've ever encountered!! They do not care about quality and are rude and annoyed if you question their lack of work quality. Don't bother wasting your money!

Very very bad experience. I wish I could post a pic of what was done. I got my nails dipped and a pedicure. My pedicure was horrible. She didn't scrub my heels, which now I will have to go to another salon. My nails should of been dipped 3 times but she only did 2 times. I want my money back but I know they will take it and move to the next client to rip.off.

Myself my daughter my cousin and my best friend went to this place yesterday I had just dip put on my nails so no extreme work I was charged $38 everybody else got the acrylic set paint they were charge 35 that makes no sense the finger nails were still wet when everybody left except for mine because mine was dip of course I don’t know if the lady that was being rude to everybody was the owner or shop manager but she needs to be replaced there was a customer in there that got just a manicure Of $18 and a pedicure of 28 and they charged her $61.\\nTheir prices vary all over the place it depends on the person I believe so if you go in looking like you have money they’re going to rob you\\nDon’t get me wrong my nails look good but for the price of the dip is ridiculous when I can get it $30 anywhere else other polish not being dry before we left is not professional\\nWill definitely NOT be returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else

I don’t understand how this place is always so packed. The last 2 time I went to try and give this nail salon one more shot, it never fails that I walk right back out the door. When you walk in all the workers break their necks to look at you up and down like you just escaped the OKC zoo, then they all look at each other before saying anything. Without a doubt wondering who they could pawn us if you don’t want the $110 pedicure package they don’t want to wait on you. While checking in they literally yell across customers that are sitting in front of them getting their services down “20 minute wait!”, on that note I left. I don’t plan on coming back even if I was payed.

I bought a gift card for my wife for Christmas and when my wife tried to use it they said they couldn’t find it in system. The back of the gift card says the card does not expire, they would not honor the $50 gift card. Do not give them your business!! $50 down the drain. They do not care about their customers!!

Sue does a great job on the eyelash extensions. I have been coming her for over 4 months every two weeks. However her price from appointment to appointment changed drastically. I understand that when you have a lot of lashes missing they charge full price for a fill of $70. The one time I had lot missing I was over charged at $80. My first fill I was charged $40. My second fill I was charged $80.00 and every fill after that I was charged between $60/$70 even when I had minimal fall out. She was rough on my eyelashes by pulling out my natural lashes before doing a fill that I hardly have any left. Three times I have had appointments and was told they didn’t have me down when I seen her write it down on the schedule book. The first time was no big deal she was there and was able to get me in right away. The second time she was out with a appointment(guessing maternity since she is pregnant) and the last one & straw was today I went in and was told she’s on maternity leave. Which is not a big deal but I’ve telling her to please let me know when she is taking off. If it was an emergency immediate leave I understand but they have my number in the appointment book and could have notified me. When I arrived today they said they didn’t even have my name down which is complete BS bc I always schedule every 2 weeks before I leave salon. Also, I’m pretty sure she was using fan eyelashes which is fine but when I started asking about the difference and what she used she acted as if she could show/tell me. See the price list. I’m pretty sure I was being ripped off. I’m not one to start a scene or have a big confrontation.I quit getting the dip with Sue on my natural nails because she would file down so harshly even after asking to not use drimel my natural nail is now paper thin and hurts. Her pedicures are mediocre and when I had a pedicure done by someone else in the salon that is no longer there she thought I hadn’t had a pedicure in a while because of the cuticle growth on the toenails. I told her I was just there 2 weeks prior.I had my nails and toes done by an older woman with red hair that sits by sink that was extremely rude and rough. The man that sits by Sue in back last chair done my nails once and was rough and careless as well. I’ve seen several of his clients unhappy. It seems like the first 2 women that are always in workout gear always do great work but Ive never had my nails done by them. The massage chairs for the pedicures are old and dusty that need to be cleaned properly. The offer wine so take full advantage of that and if you get a neck wrap beware they are also old and dingy. I will take my business elsewhere. If you choose to come here beware of the constant price changes I’ve seen that with my pedicure and dip/manicure. ( the pics of teal nails was my last appointment with natural nail mani 1 hour after I left salon which she had to already fix before I left bc she said it was dry when it wasn’t)Services: Eyelash extensions

Second time going here. Enjoyed the experience. Got a gel polish manicure and eyebrows done. The woman that took care of me was friendly. The keep a good size staff for how busy they can get at certain times. Clean place from what I could tell.

I have always been treated very well at this salon. In the past, it was my back up salon when my main nail lady was out of town. When she retired, I looked for a new one here. Had a couple different ones but more recent met Kim. She has been amazing. I had an out of town wedding to attend and she even came in early to take care of me.
