They do decent work when they actually work on your vehicle… they will have you drop it off and then not touch it for a week or longer… most folks would rather have their vehicle until closer to time of repair, or like me, save on rental cost.

I had my car worked on about a month ago. Went back because my front fender came apart that they worked on and they won’t fix it. Wish I could give them a no star. Would not recommend unless you want your car to fall apart after they “work” on it.

I had my Jeep in the shop for over 3 weeks I believe (it had front end damage and the hood was replaced).
When I picked it up, I got about a half mile down the road and my "Check auxiliary battery" light came on, along with the "stop/start maintenance" light with a message saying "Start/Stop unavailable, Hood is Open". I called City Collision to explain the issue.
The lady, Stacy, tried to reference a Jeep recall for the "Hood open" alert going on and off. I was not buying that. She spoke to me in a very condescending tone and tried to convince me that it was going to be the Jeep Dealership's problem, not theirs. She says "...you don't agree...?" after seeing the look on my face. I said "...uh, no. You guys replaced the hood, my alert is for the hood...I think it's going to be on you guys."
Well I guess City Collision doesn't agree because they have refused to help me or fix my dashboard to the condition it was when I handed my car over to them. I was talked down to and refused to be helped after asking nicely over and over.
I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

We took our vehicle to have a repair done to it. They had it back in the time they said. I also was very impressed when I received it back, it had been detailed and was beautiful inside and out. Great experience and thanks for going above and beyond for your clients! Well done!

This place is very unprofessional!! Matt lies to you about everything! They had my car for 3 weeks and it was a minor repair! I have never been treated the way I was at this business. I will never ever use this place again. You try to call them and find out what’s taking so long for the repair and they tell you “don’t call me back, I will call you “ but then they don’t!! Then when you do call, you can never get through to them. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop! I’d give them a zero rating but one is all that google will except!!

Picked up our car today. Everyone we’ve dealt with was friendly and helpful. The car did take a few days longer than originally estimated but that is to be expected sometimes. The car was also washed and detailed which was a super nice surprise. Fingers crossed we don’t have to, but we would definitely use City Collision again!Service: Body & Trim

Receptionist not helpful when I tried to contact my estimator to obtain update. The estimator was out and the receptionist told me no one else could give me an update, I would have to call back to speak with the estimator. Her tone was not friendly or helpful at all, in fact it was rude and uncaring.The estimator was great and the work was top quality.Service: Body & Trim

Had apptmt for a estimate, the lady in the front desk was rude and impolite, didn't feel like a welcome customer, ask if they go thru progressive, she said they don't, then the guy who did my estimate said they do, so now I was confused, the guy was friendly and helpful but she was not, not coming here again!!
