Generally the experience is good but I have been overcharged on marketplace items on my last 2 visits and had to bag my own items. It's 1 particular person who is a problem but the manager always resolves quickly.

Not much to complain about in regard to Braum's, but not much to write home about either. The store is a bit outdated, it is cozy, the staff is friendly albeit unhurried, and the food sometimes comes a bit later than expected if you order in. I have yet to try the drive through but I imagine that is probably why the in restaurant service is slow as they prioritize drive through. It's a nice place to get together with friends as it has plenty of seating, just don't set your expectations too high. The cost usually justifies the meal, although as an implant to Oklahoma, I think that Braum's enjoys a little home territory bias. I see a lot of areas of improvement particularly for their older restaurants. All in all it is still worth a visit.

The workers don't wear gloves while fixing your food or ice cream. I ask why they don't wear gloves and the lady said im just helping out, I work in the store part. The service needs to be better not enough cashier's.

I was in this location Within this last week i.ordered a Heath Chocolate Mix the young lady handed it to me with a lid on it I asked her what is this for which my mixes at another location doesn't come with a lid she replied a mix... I then took the lid off it and asked her where the heath candy was thats normally sprinkled on the top she took it from me and sprinkled about a half of teaspoon on top which I was ok with however I got home and there wasn't any other candy in the mix except what she sprinkled on top... I called the restraunt asked to speak to a manager he said I am one I asked if her was the talk slinder black male with the face mask on he said yes mama I explained to him what has happened he said would u like a refund I said no I will co.e again and get it remade he then took my name and the item told me when I come in next time to let them know.my name is in the blue book and I could have it replaced...Today 130pm ish I arrived in your dt asking for it to be replaced the y asked me to pull to the window and got my name etc....then I had a associate waiting for approval very nice lady then a woman came to the window stating that they found it in the book BUT they told her to tell me next time I need to come with in 2 days.... I told her I told the man I would get it in a few days when the husband wanted it ... she replied well that what they told me to tell you.... first of all I had to say out loud NOT TODAY DEVIL to keep my head on but the rudeness.. its not like I was stealing anything or not being truthful with her they had my money for a product that should of been made correctly in the first place if they had my name why do I have a time frame to get it replaced.. not once was I told that when I called an complained about the product... I normally go to the other Braums down summylane closer to 44th and I thought I'd give this location another try this isn't the first time I've gotten something I didn't order BUT its what was convent for me I choose their location I didn't have to.... I get it to have things in place and.policies but maybe they should let it be know if there is an issue that I had 2 days to make it right.. anyways your young.lady at the dt went and made me my product and was very nice these managers should be taught human manners from their employees those employees know its me that pays their hour wage... and with more professionalism in handling a complaint from your day time managers they could BUILD THEIR SALES instead of worring if us honest people are stealing from them... I should of just asked for a refund and went back to the location I know where we get treated like our money matters.. oh and to the manager long blonde hair ponytail that was takimg the transaction off the register you 2 are rude no need to slam the window in anyone's face...

Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and large fries. Get home and I should have known to check my order and receipt but was in a hurry. As usual NO bacon cheeseburger, received a junior cheeseburger instead and small fries. Checked the receipt it shows I paid for what I ordered and a Jr. Cheeseburger. Third and last time I ordered food from this Braum's. And to top it off the burger was old and edges burnt!
