Horrible experience. Negotiating price was easy but the finance department is pathetic, especially Angie and Shane. Felt like I was dealing with people that were in need of medication. Nice one second and blasting me the next second. Claimed I was harassing them by asking them to explain the process for getting a title. Finally got the paperwork when I got Automax title office involved. They were great to work with and kept me informed. After 2.5 months finally was able to get my plates.

my experience was a surprise. I have been treated so well by any dealership. The staff was friendly and professional. Ryan the salesperson was very kind, helpful most all understanding in the car I had chosen. I can really recommend this dealership.

Save yourself a headache. This dealership is full of crooks and will do anything to take your money and leave you stranded. Avoid James. Do not buy from him or this dealership. Read all these reviews and terrible experiences everyone else has had. I wish I would have done that. I don't know many dealerships that have a 1 average on yelp. This does not surprise me that this dealership has such low rating reviews. Very dishonest people. Very dishonest dealership. Shop at a better dealership with better reviews instead

Buyer beware if you don't have a trade or are not financing with them they add $4000 to the price of the car. After my salesperson told me that, I left. When you go looking for a car ALWAYS ask what the closing costs and procedures are FIRST!! Saves you time.

Trying to get another vehicle and trade in my vehicle. They use to deal with customer and come down on their price. But I was told they don't do that anymore. Also in the past if they had to honor the price they listed on their internet sight and if sales person quoted you the same price they had to honor that. but I guess that is not true anymore either. the price list and quoted on a vehicle was about $2000. less than when I went to look at it. I questioned it and was told they found some issues that needed fixed so that increased the price. This was at Automax in Del City. so watch out if you go there. This is after going out there 3 times from Bethany to Del City stood up 2 times by a salesman that set the appointment to meet with me. The lady that greeted me the 2nd time it happened told me it was his scheduled day off. She was helpful to show me what they had. Today was the last straw. The vehicle I have was bought there last September and developed a problem with the seatbelt light for the passenger seat 2 weeks after I bought it. Cause it was a used car I was out of luck.

Made an appointment to see a specific car. Drove an hour only to find out it had been sold at auction 2 days prior to me even talking to the salesperson. I spoke to the salesperson twice that day and was advised the car was there ready for me to come see. Waste of time and gas.

Yesterday was the second time I have been to Automax. First time was for a recall and second was for the oil change. They are always super nice and they don't waste time. Both times I have been here I was not there longer than an hour. Great service department for sure. The oil change here was cheaper than those 15 minute oil change places.

Rather than transferring me to services, they kept trying to press me for info so they could sell me a car. Despite me repeatedly asking to talk the service department and stating I am in no way interested in buying a new vehicle.

I bought the car with the deal that they would tint my windows and give me leather seats. I told them it's the only way I'll buy the car and they agreed and put it in writing. I have texts saying the will have the seated ready in a few days but after a few times of saying that, they stopped replying. They ignore texts/calls and didn't even have the courage to tell me they wouldn't honor our deal.

We have a pre approved loan through our credit union. Found a car for the price within our budget and loan approval. Get to the dealership at 4pm Tuesday in Del City. We test drive and ready to sign the paperwork to buy the car. They want our SSN, I ask why 'it's a soft hit, no worries it's just the process' he says. I get an alert from credit Karma a hit came up, the salesman comes back and says they had the wrong SSN written down. That's not right bc I got an alert ::red flags:: so they go back and now it's 6pm, my bank is closed now. They say our loan didn't go through, the cost of the car is now $4k more bc the price listed was for a trade in but good news they have a financing option for us. Yeah no, 12% more interest and my loan is good bc I just spoke to our bank on what our payments would be and length of the loan. We quickly left. Run don't walk, run from this place and their shady ways. They lost a sale, commission and customer for life. We are now happy owners from Carvana. Shame on you AutoMax

I would not buy a car from these guys. We found a car online that they had posted for $14,960 on www.automaxhyundai.net. So we called them to verify the car was there, then drove down there to look at the car. When we got inside I told them I would take the car at the listed price of $14,960. He made us stand there for about 10-15 minutes which was very strange. When he finally got back he told me the cost of the car was $16,960 plus the Proc/Doc Fee of $599.00 for a total of $17,559.00. They told me the listed price on their website was marked down $2000 and that money could only be used if you had a trade in. That was not listed on their website, and I was not told that on the phone or on the test drive. So the technical term for that is called bait and switch. They get you in the door then switch the deal. These guys are crooks and very dishonest. There are a lot of places in town to buy a car and I would recommend staying away from these crooks.

I have read a lot of negative review from this dealership but had to experience it for myself. It was all true and more from previous review. I've found 2019 RAM 2500 on line listed at $59,980. When I show up, they told me that the price is $69,980 due to the 'bells and whistles' come with the truck. I mention all the 'bells and whistles' was listed in the descriptions but why the $10K different. He changes his price but when they come back with negotiation, it was back to $69,980. I pointed out several time but nothing. I am guessing that they hope I don't catch it. Throughout all my years of buying cars, I have never seen a 'BAIT AND SWITCHED' like this before, and I thought this practice was illegal. This is the most dishonest, shiesty and lamest dealership that I have ever come across. I am amazed that they are still in business. If anyone thinking buying a car from here, fair warning RUN!!!

I brought my vehicle in for the first maintenance check. They had it completed within an hour. While sitting in the waiting area, several employees greeted me and were extremely nice. Great experience!!

If I could give -5 stars I would. I have purchased 3 BRAND NEW vehicles here since 2018. Due to financial problems I went to trade in my 2022 Kona on a used vehicle. First off the vehicle I wanted to look at was "bad" and Noah (the pos salesman) didn't feel right showing it to me. I was told I only had 2 options for what I could get (BS). I test drove a 2019 Journey and liked it. Noah told me it was $19000 (website had it at $19900). It was late (9:30pm) and the lady in financing was not explaining any paperwork to me (said it was her 1st day). Signed the papers went home and went to bed. Two (2) days later the check engine light comes on. Got out the paperwork to check warranty and realized they had the vehicle at $25000 not $19000 like I was told!! Called the manager and was told to bring the car back and my warranty would cover it and she would find out what happened with the pricing. Never got a call back. Took the vehicle to service and they said I had to get paperwork from manager. I was then told that my warranty doesn't kick in for 30 days and there's nothing they can do. Noah said "well you bought a used vehicle". Yeah, a $28000 vehicle and it should not break down 2 days later. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I will NEVER recommend this place again! All these asshats care about is money, not their loyal, repeat customers!!
