I came in for a free recall fix. When I got the vehicle back, 3 of 4 tires had low pressure with the annunciator illuminated. The rear windshield wiper was also non-operational. This is now a known fault with the update. I asked them to fix it because the vehicle didn't come in like that. The vehicle was returned back to me with the annunciator light extinguished but it came back on after I took the vehicle home. I suspect they merely disconnected the battery to reset the annunciator light temporarily, rather than fixing the issue.I returned the vehicle for another fix. I was called a "damned liar," my tone of voice was mocked, and the technician joked about leaving my brakes loose. I will release the video of this encounter after legal review.I don't usually post reviews but I think customers need to be warned to avoid this location, even for free service like recall or warranty services. They did not deal with my situation with honesty.

This was my first stop when I was looking for a car. We appreciated that no one was pushing us or pressuring us to buy anything and they weren’t trying to make a sale sound too good to pass up. They listened to what I had to say and took my wants and needs into consideration. Thadius showed us a few used and new Palisades and we test drove them. Although it was his first day, he was very friendly and professional and honest about not knowing much about the cars. We couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, which was a white 24 palisade with light leather interior with bucket seats, so we went looking at other dealerships. We eventually came back and got a gray 24 palisade with the interior we wanted AND more for a better price. When we went to the other dealerships, we quickly realized how well priced the palisades were at Automax. We also realized that they didn’t add unnecessary fees like the other dealers did. The other dealers wouldn’t even waive them. They included free window tint and helped me set up the app on my phone for my car without me having to ask. I have anxiety and don’t like talking to sales people, but the process with smooth and I left feeling well taken care off.

The service and attention to my needs were second to none. Their professionalism from the first phone to the end of the process are very impressive. My family and I couldn’t ask for better service. I do not know if I missing someone, but I want to give a big thank you to Brent, Case, Shane, Cole and Eboka. Thank you all you making this experience worth the trip from Dallas Texas.

Had a fantastic experience. Shane the GSM was upfront and honest. Haven't been to a dealer where I have been tested better. There was great communication and respect. Tommy did a phenomenal job explaining the car and the details of how to use the features to my girlfriend. Was truly a pleasure to work with them!

Even though we did not reach a suitable deal, this is a great dealership to work with. John Lindsey is a great customer service representative, and very knowledgeable about all they have to offer. He is very easy to deal with and worked hard to get there. Thanks for a great experience with you all! Highly recommend dealing with them.

Save yourself a headache. This dealership is full of crooks and will do anything to take your money and leave you stranded. Avoid James. Do not buy from him or this dealership.Read all these reviews and terrible experiences everyone else has had. I wish I would have done that. I don't know many dealerships that have a 1 average on yelp. This does not surprise me that this dealership has such low rating reviews. Very dishonest people. Very dishonest dealership. Shop at a better dealership with better reviews instead

The people that work there are great. Sales and Service. But I’m giving them 1 star until this issue is resolved.They have this sticker $3995 with dealer added items on every one of their vehicles. It is just a way for them to add that amount to the total price of the vehicle. You will not get anything for it.

Salesman was great. "Sales Manager" a jerk and a narcissist. Ended up charging us $500 more than the advertised price and the price we agreed on!! I even emailed them 6 times and called 6 times asking for an explanation as to why it was written up for $500 more ....leaving messages with no return emails or calls back. I even sent them screen shots of the advertised price - and wouldn't call or email me back. I don't live close to Del City but, perhaps an in person visit may have helped. But, I think they knew we didn't close so, they just ignored us. Someone needs to tell the little "Sales Manager" to use breath mints and wash his hands after going outside for "a smoke". Dude reeked of cigarette smoke and he smelled like an ashtray. Grossed the wife out. DO NOT go to this business to buy a car if they are in some kind of sales competition. We were there and it was sensory overload. Guys running around.....keeping tabs on each other's sales....hooting and hollaring....writing their sales with marker on their windows of offices.....it was a circus! So, unprofessional. Ultimately, I feel like this may have been the reason why we were over charged. Everyone was so consumed with sales that they forgot the human factor. I just wanted an explanation.....I would have respected them more if they would have at least returned my calls and emails. But, I guess they don't do that after you sign on the dotted line and secure your purchase. Will not even think about looking at another vehicle at this business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Service technician Ricky was professional and courteous. My experience was very satisfactory and service on my vehicle was completed to my complete satisfaction. I was running late to pick up my vehicle from the service department but I called ahead to let them know that I would be there by 6:15 and they had my car ready me to pick up. The cost of my maintenance repairs requested was already explained to me by Ricky my service technician. I can say there were no surprises when I checked out. Overall a great experience.

This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Kaz was my sales guy and cut right to the chase. The GM Sunny ran down the specific car I was looking for in a tight market and gave me a fair price. I've never, ever heard of anyone having a good experience with "the finance guy." Tim did try to sell me on a warranty, as every finance guy will, but when I said a firm no, he moved on, and we joked about the contract saying I could take the car to Canada, but not Mexico. Also, a shoutout to another guy Reggie who was super nice to me as I was waiting on folks. I was referred here by a friend, and I'm so glad I asked because these people know what they're doing. Now I'll be sending all my friends to Automax.

Ricky was in charge of our Hyundai in the service department and I know he is the manager but he doesn’t know how to manage his time and I’m absolutely disgusted with how we were treated. I know this review probably won’t change much for him as he is the manager but wanted to share anyway. We dropped off my husband’s car Friday morning at 7:30 for recalls and about 3 other issues. We had an appointment. I thought he would be able to look at it Friday but we heard nothing. No big deal they were probably busy. Saturday comes around we call twice just to check on it. He was working that day and we heard nothing. Monday comes around still hear nothing. So I call about 11 and tell him I just want the recalls fixed. He said okay it should only take a couple hours. Heard nothing Monday so I call today(Tuesday) leave a voicemail and say we are coming to get the car luckily the recalls got fixed but the whole experience is absolutely unbelievable and a complete waste of time. It’s so disappointing. I hope he treats others better than we got treated. Just sad.I would like to add that when we picked up the car all of the guys at the counter were awesome and super helpful so thank you so much for that.

My review is for the service center here. The service center is awesome. I’d give 10 stars to them, especially Ricky. They get you in and out quick despite how busy they are and I really appreciate their kindness and taking time out of their busy schedule (seriously the phone rings every 5 seconds in there) to explain my service plan to me and answer all of my questions. Ricky went above and beyond to help me in a rough situation with my maintenance plan & turned a super negative dealership experience into a great one.

They're a bunch of liars and cheats. They sold me a car, asked me to bring it back to be cleaned because it was a newly arrived trade. When I got the vehicle home again I noticed new damage to the right tail light and trunk. It was not there when I originally inspected the vehicle. Since I had taken it home they said I did it and told me to go away. I highly recommend anywhere else. They'll screw over soldiers buying a car with what they saved from overseas. No patriotism, no honesty, no more of my business.
