Ordered an iPhone online for in store pickup. The instructions emailed to me were simple, walk in and pick it up. This would allow me to activate it from the house once i had everything backed and finished with business calls for the day.The retail agent in the store pretended like it wouldn’t work so he could get credit for the sale. He cancelled my online order, re-ran my credit and activated the phone that was still in the box resulting me to have no service while I was on a business call have way there. I was also supposed to have an $800 iPhone credit for trade in which was done with my original online purchase. Because of this store I lost out on the $800 credit, and made a mess of my account. I called three levels of customer service and they all agreed what the sales rep did was shady and against company policy. Because the trade in phone was locked up in a previous transaction there was nothing they could do except recommend me calling the office of the president.Beware of this location!!! I will be filing a formal compliant.

Went in to get service with my own phone. Ron was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and you can tell that the service he provides means the world to him. It was quick, fast, and easy! Great customer service.

Went in to replace a broken iPhone walked in and walked out in about 15-20 min with new phone. Fast and knowledgeable sales staff

Romby was great. Changed provider online (missed better deal) and phones not working. He was able get us set up in no time. I’ll have to wait to update my plan but will get it done.

My mom and I just transferred from Verizon with the help of Romby. We had to come back a second day due to a system error but Romby helped us power through all of the issues and got our new phones working great. Will come back again to upgrade

The store Manager Joshua was amazing, very personable. You can tell he truly cares about the service that he provides and is seemingly the perfect candidate for employee of the year. He definitely gets my vote! He will find you the best deals and is really looking out for us consumers. 10/10 service

Fair waring. I did a phone upgrade aT this location. And they added $11 to my monthly bill for upgrades I did not ask for. Unfortunately I did not notice until a few months later and had to call att and have It taken off my bill. One was cloud back up and some type of phone upgrade I did not ask for. So if you are going to do business with this location you better check your bill over good. Because they have know problem stealing from there customers.

Tee and the team at the AT&T store were great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and got us switched over to AT&T without any problems. We appreciated the honesty and no pressure techniques.

Be warned AT&T is the most shasty company that I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Horrible accuracy when it comes to talking to people. They run you in circles over and over. Don't get to talking evening when you do get to talk to human being that is tell you I understand you concern and that they just lied to you over and over and over again. They want to build you. They lie to me about my phone bill lied to me about my AT&T service on the internet. I've been without internet 15 days out of 30 days. I'm trying to run my hotspot on my phone which I was supposed to have unlimited service on my phone but they say well your schedule. Then you have run out of high-speed data. So instead of them comping me so I could continue watch TV until they get here which is supposedly 4 days from now. It's been out since Fridays. It'll be 6 days all together. I've entered internet 15 days out of 30 days. They still want to charge me the bill and then they want to charge me for more data for my phone. Horrible service. Where is company ever? Don't don't be mistaken and don't be deceived. Do not use AT&T horrible

I got in and out quickly they did great. Edit it was a 5star review but just realized when the Maneger upgrade my phone she charged my internet for 500 to 5000 changing the bill for $55 to $175. I did notice till now witch is my fault. And now it can’t be put back to $55 because it was a old plan now it will be $70 a month.
