This review is regarding the owner, Mona. Owning is the only thing she should be doing because her customer service is an absolute joke. She had what should have been a simple, customer service issue and she couldn’t even handle that. Argumentative, accusatory and down right rude would be putting it lightly. She even went as far as pointing to religious signs on her walls while she was telling me I cussed AT her last time (didn’t happen). The F word is her least favorite in case you were wondering. This lady is an embarrassment to the rest of the decent employees trying to give good care.Just a little example for you of her final words to me (she came outside as I was leaving to do this):Mona: I gave you the cash discount even though you paid by card.Me: You told me I got a 4% discount for cash or debit card and that’s how I paid.If you choose to do business here, I hope you don’t have to deal with her.

They've been a part of Davis a long time. Bought a truck from Seth wadley but I take it here for repair from now on. They work on everything I've taken to em right, the first time. Their prices beat anything any dealer would charge. I'd pay it, too, even if it's higher than other garages around. Can't beat quality work with family atmosphere, and they go to my church.

I cannot speak for all their mechanics, but the one that worked on my truck was just a parts changer. He could not diagnose an over heating issue on a RAM 2500 6.4l engine. After swapping parts he called and said the only thing he could do to fix it is swap the engine. He called and said it needed to go to Ram as he could not figure out what was wrong. So we had to go get it and tow it back to our shop. This guy did not even do an exhaust gas or compression test to confirm if it was a head gasket issue. He never checked the radiator out which was the problem. The radiator had become clogged and could not circulate the water like it should have. We also discovered the work done was not finished he left loose bolts on the water pump and Thermostat housing. Charged us a ton of money for nothing. If I were management that mechanic needs to be re-trained on proper diagnose procedures. Never checked the radiator! "Sigh"

We live in the Fort Worth area and my son was on his way home from OU this morning. He lost control of his car due to all the rain and ended up in about 6" of mud in the median. I called several wrecker services in the area to no avail. I called P&M and was treated exceptionally well and they were able to help my son and were very reasonably priced. Thanks for your help today!!

Did not even get service from this place. So i can only rate on the experience I did get. Dissatisfied with new ownership. They no longer offer same day towing, infact they will call you days later out of blue letting you know they are on the way. They dont call to let you know they cant make it that day or return calls. Driver seemed "upset" when I told him a different towing company was able to help me. Just a simple call back letting me know that they won't be able to help me is all that they needed to do.

I had a blowout today and was needing to get to OKC for an appointment. My tire was replaced in only 22 minutes and I was set to go. My service was so fast and friendly. I appreciate this business!!Service: Tires

I have 2004 ford expedition. I took it in to replace brake booster. after we picked car up we were driving down the road and when we went to break we had no breaks. the whole system just feel off in the floor board. Back up a bit when we picked car up it had a dead battery. they jumped us we didn't think much of it until next morning it was dead again. they didn't adjust correctly so break lights were staying on. I was very upset over the break's failure cause this car belong to my daughter. if she would've been driving it could've been a very different outcome cause she lives in Tulsa with lots of traffic. when we called them and got it back in shop they were very unsympathetic about what happened.worst part was they tried to tell us it was a wiring harness and wanted to charge us more. I removed car from shop took it different place. They had to replace I o ring on break booster it was nothing wrong with wiring harness. please do not trust this shop. I have used them before and had no problem I feel they got new mechanic or something.

I needed an oil change I was quoted $60 then went to pay and it was $103!!!! They were rude and there was grease and oil all over my car! It won't let me give 0 stars!

This is the worst company ever! They cheat teenagers and try to keep their vehicles after performing services that were not authorized. Do not use these people. Their karma will come. They charged an exohirbitent amount and the vehicle still isn't fixed.

New owners as of 1/13/23. We had a flat on our truck and weren’t able to get the spare down. I called and they towed us back to their shop where they were able to help us. They are all super friendly and worked in a very time efficient manner. 10/10 would recommend!
