Jantz customer service is super friendly and
eager to assist. The provide prompt shipping at a a reasonable price. I’ve never run to issues when ordering supplies from them. They are also a major supporter of the Texas Knifemakers Guild.

I wish I would have checked the reviews before I bought from this company. Their return policy is horrid I assumed they would be responsible however I was wrong. Their products are cheaper I'm guessing because they are inferior. My experience is evident by that fact.
