I'm not sure how to review them from the time I got on the phone until the time I finally hang up I kept getting interrupted by the weekend lady. she made sure to tell me she's not typically there except the weekends so she's obviously not happy about it. but if she would have let me finish what I was trying to say instead of keep interrupting me and trying to finish my sentence then maybe she would have had a chances to help me. Poor first impression at any rate.

I've been going here for a long time, never had any trouble and I think they are the most affordable place around. Every time they've given me a itemized receipt which I really appreciate, I like to know just how much I'm paying and what I'm paying for. And they've never given me any grief on getting the shots and giving them to my dog myself, because it's not always easy bringing a country Dog to town.

The employees here at the Cushing vet are very friendly, and truly care about your animals. Dr. McNeal is very friendly and always helpful! Also, they are very good with aggressive dogs like mine! Thank you!

Great and caring people, great services, I took my dog for its shots, and they were quick and gentle. Also about a month ago my cat was suffering a infection on its paw, they saw it the same day we call. They were really nice and concern for my cat well being. Thanks again.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They tortured my dog for $5. We took my English bulldog here to get his nails cut, and the first vet tech was going so fast and clipped him so short he was screaming and bleeding. We tell her that he's bleeding and she decides to cauterize it. I figure maybe it was just a mistake and it was only one. And then I turn around in the backseat and all four paws were bleeding. She had cut too short on all of them! So we take him back up there to see what they can do and the first woman came back out and tried cauterizing it again and by the this point my poor dog is screaming so I say to her "Can you please get the vet Dr. McNeil or a manager to do this?' To which she runs back and another woman comes out. She doesn't introduce herself or even take accountability for what her coworker has done to my dog. All she says is put him on the table and tries to stop the bleeding again. She refunded me the $5 but it was NEVER about the money, my poor dog is traumatized and I will be calling the owner of this establishment to report them. No apologies to me as the owner or anything. I will never come back to this place and I hope no one else will either if you care for your pets. I'm pretty sure it was a race thing and they won't ever have to worry about me coming back there again.
