Was out and about one day, decided to get my hair professionally cut for the first time in years and figured I may as well get my eyebrows done as well, so I stopped in and asked if they had any openings or time for a walk-in. They got me in with Catherine in less than an hour, she gave me the cut I wanted (and actually helped me to realize I needed a couple inches longer than I had initially wanted), and she did so well on my eyebrows. I did have an allergic reaction to the wax, but she did such a good job that I’ll go back when it’s time to do so (??), and that’s not something that could be helped anyway as I had no idea I had the allergy. To only have spent $50 with the tip included, I was blown away. After I deliver my son I plan on seeing if she does color, and I actually need to stop back in for another appointment here soon. If she leaves, I hope that I can find out where beforehand and follow wherever she goes. I do not hold a good head, yet she never got frustrated with me and I’m also terrible at conversation, but she did such a good job keeping me engaged and comfortable.

When I first walked in, I was greeted. I didn’t have to wait for somebody to talk to me. I was told what I needed to do and what was left to be done. I was put in a chair quickly. I love the way. Everybody was helping each other. I had a great conversation with my Hairstylist I couldn’t think of anything that would’ve made my experience better brandace was great on all levels
Requested style: Last year I had grew my hair out in Pacific Way and another state and I’ve had a hard time finding somebody to cut my hair the same way she was confident that she could do it. I was super happy to find out she could. The confident she has in her skills is amazing. Everyone will Make a good choice picking her for your next style Brandis is one of The best stylist I’ve ever Met

Probably one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. She didn’t start on my boys till 45 minutes past our appt time & it took her an hour to do both haircuts. She did not one time apologize for the wait, crack a smile, nothing. She wasn’t even friendly to my 3yo getting his hair cut, but rather annoyed when he would get distracted & look elsewhere. (He was incredibly still for a 3 year old but with people walking by in Walmart, he looked up a few times. Completely expected & still very well behaved.) The hair cuts were not even great to boot. Asked her for a faux hawk, showed her a picture I wanted & she just gave my baby a fade all the way around. Then I paid $45 for both of their cuts. An absolute waste of money & my time. I am so beyond frustrated & should have been given a discount.
Requested style: Completely ignored the style I requested & went & did her own thing
Stylist: She was not friendly at all. Took forever to cut two boys.

I was very unhappy with both. The hair cut was not I had called the day before and I took a picture of what I wanted. Took both stylist because the first one cut off more than I had asked and messed it up. Stopped and told the other to finish because she couldn’t do it. I did not get anything close to the style I wanted it and they didn’t color it. Paid for what I did not ask for. I won’t be back. Very unprofessional by both stylist. They did t want to work together at all.
Requested style: I brought a picture and talked about the color I wanted.
Hair type: I have natural wavy hair and it was down the middle of my back.
