Staff was very friendly. Store looked clean and furniture was nice. The store was big enough that it was not crowded. We were able to walk around and see everything we might want. BTW we ended up buying our piece of furniture here.

Hidden Furniture Store Gem! Wow I'm glad I stumbled upon this place! First, I was greeted by about everyone that worked there. While shopping one of the owners came up and offered any assistance we might need. They have a huge selection on the floor, but also have a large tablet you can scroll through to find anything you could possibly need. The customer service is very personalized and you are treated great. I will use Roots again in the future! Go check them out!

The owner of this place is really really nice and helpful! She went above and beyond to help my mom out and was so patient with her!! Also the prices here compared to other places we visited were very good and reasonable on the furniture.
