Have had an account at this bank/branch for nearly 8 years and have had very few positive experiences. Today was our final experience with this company. Patrons shouldn’t be treated as bothersome pests or criminals nor be belittled when trying to do business with a company. It’s very sad when employees act as if they are doing their patrons a favor when patrons have multiple choices for banking needs in Cushing and chose RCB. Please chose wisely!

Horrible experience. If you're really needing something, they will make you beg for it. It's like if you have no power, they want to make you feel like you're not worth their time. That's how I felt with a particular employee. I will never attempt to do business there again nor will I recommend them. I'm nothing special and never feel the need to complain, but I've never felt like I've been treated lesser than my entire life. I'm not sure how everyone else's experiences are, mine was pretty sad.

Talked to bank about remodel loan and had a very pleasant experience. They answered all of our questions and were helpful and respectful. Ready to start a great relationship with them.

Never again using the Cushing Branch. Have had an account for 35 years. This is the only branch that has ever charged me for a cashier's check, which I use to track my house payments. Employees were nice mannered while explaining why, but Stillwater and Ponca have never charged me a fee.

Wow with the remodel. Love the employees all so helpful and kind. Nice to know I can feel safe in my banking, and if an issue does arise they and quick and helpful to getting it taken care of.
