As you all may know that living in Oklahoma means to endure extreme heat. Unfortunately for me, the AC compressor in my car decided to give up the ghost. After asking around, I was referred to Onsite Automotive LLC in Cushing by several of my co-workers. It’s a place you can trust and for me that is the reassurance I needed. As a woman, I’ve had my fair share of experiences taking my car in for repairs and having the run around by people trying to take advantage or convince me of a repair that was not necessary. Shawn’s customer service was top notch. He was more than fair and went above and beyond for me on pricing and getting my car completed quickly so I was back to driving with nice cold AC working at full blast. I will continue to use this shop and tell everyone I know that Shawn was friendly, professional, and offered a quick turnaround plus he listened to me! He will treat you well and help you out with any of your car issues.

Doesn’t guarantee his work. He didn’t fix the problem, then wouldn’t get me back in to fix what I paid over $500 the first time.

As a young woman, this place by far is the best mechanic to choose.
A lot of women deal with condescending comments, tones, up-charging, made-up problems/parts, etc. from other mechanics.
Not here!
My 2016 Kia Forte broke down on 33, both catalytic converters and the O2 sensor needed replaced.
The Midtown dealership not only charged me $175 for them to hold it hostage for a week, but quoted the work at $6k.
We towed my car to this mechanic as a second opinion and heard back from him within 2-3 days. (way sooner than the dealership)
Not only that, but they quoted us a bit over $2k. HALF THE PRICE!
Fixed sooner than expected as well!
Everyone that works here is transparent, very respectful, patient and helpful.
Nobody made me feel as if I were an inconvenience, quite frankly they were the nicest people i’ve met that are mechanics.
10/10 If you have the same anxieties about mechanics and trusting people to fix your car as I do, definitely check this place out. This place is amazing!

Shawn and his team of employees are simply amazing! They have worked on both mine and my daughter's car - the level at which they break down what has happened into terms that the average person can understand is great. They are fast at getting the job done and getting your car back to you with the work being done correctly. Then they will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied. Their shop is an hour away from us and they are worth the drive every time! VERY, VERY DISSATISFIEDWe drove to Cushing OK from Wisconsin.... some issues came up with the car en route - wanted to get it checked out.Got in touch with Onsite Auto - because of the positive reviews we read.Called them on 9/22.... the soonest they could get us in was 10/4,so we scheduled an appointment for 8am on 10/4.When we got there, he said he had a bunch of cars ahead of us, and would be a couple hours before he could even look at our car.We're staying 1.7 miles (2 min) away from Onsite Auto, so instead of just leaving the car sit in his parking lot, we asked him if he'd just call us when he was ready to look at our car.... He said "sure" but it would be "a couple hours."So we went home, and sat by the phone waiting to hear from him.When we'd heard nothing by 12:40 pm we called back. He said his "bays were still full," but he'd still call us as soon as he was able to look at our car.NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM HIM.....Waited All Day....He had scheduled us for that day....12 days after we called, and NOTHING.VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED
