Blue Sky Bank in Stillwater took over First National Bank of Weatherford earlier in 2023. The short story:I didn't receive checks I bought, after 4 months they refunded money.I didn't receive new bank card, which got shredded because I didn't pick it up at the bank and still have no bank card. (I was gone for the summer & was told they would hold it)My auto withdrawals for different bills, didn't get paid because the routing number had been changed, so I had late payments. They mailed bank statements to an unused address, that the bank had mistakenly put as my current address; those statements were picked up by someone else AND I have NEVER had my bank statements sent via mail with First Nat'l Bank. The new person at Blue Sky in Stillwater spent 20 min trying to correct my address, but told me she could not change the option for E-statements and that I would have to do that myself online, even after I told her I had been unable to access my account online. As of Dec 12th 2023, my mortgage payment, that has been pulled automatically since Feb 2022, without any issues, under First National Bank of Weatherford, was not paid on Dec 1st, but my loan information shows, 'Payment Successful'. So my house payment was late according to the bank employees, but the loan information says it's paid. The bank pulled the payment, waving the late fees and are trying to find out what happened...Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Employees are not friendly and are unable to answer my questions, which the former employees would have assisted me quickly without telling me 'We'll get back to you'I would give them a -5 if I could. I will be changing banks. Soon.

I opened my first minor checking account with FNB & Trust Co. in 1996 and here in 2023 am closing my accounts after Blue Sky bought them out. I never imagined I would leave my bank. Terms of my account were changed without a new signature card authorizing the changes and service fees charged to my accounts galore. Staff is still the same great group, no qualms there, but Blue Sky Bank stinks. The app is terrible too. Faceid doesn’t work and the passwords don’t save.

Five months working with this bank for a business loan, provided them with tons of information, our equity supersedes the amount asked for, our current income provides more than enough to repay the loan (This is without income from the new business) They are so poor at communication we never knew what was going on then they wanted the loan to be secured by SBA and they were unable to get that completed. We informed them upfront of how time sensitive this project was and they told us should be no problem, we could have gone elsewhere and we finally did do just that. Five months wasted and hours and hours of wasted time and now we feel there is a breach and our information is at risk.

My experience with this bank has been phenomenal! Vickie has provided the best customer service with a smile, even when my business banking situation was complicated. Timely/downright surprisingly quick responses to my emails, just superb all-around.

I love my bank and I love the tellers and staff. I am not by any means rich, but they treat me like I am just as important as anybody. Lisa and Cassie and Barbara and Lawana and Tammy you ladies are always great to work with as is everyone. Recommend them highly.

If a customer is defrauded they still make the customer pay back that money and they will sue you for it. Avoid this by going to a larger reputable bank that will excuse the charges if you can show proof of being a victim of fraud. When I complained, they literally replied, "yeah. Ok."
