Had a prescription sent here nearly a month ago. Called to confirm my prescription, but they said they never received it, even though my doctor confirmed they received it. Tried to file a complaint against their system, but the store manager and pharmacist manager wouldn’t file my complaint, and suggested I call my doctor to send it again, which I did. Called today, nearly a week later, this time with a pharmacist getting extremely rude and acting completely unprofessional towards me. I just wanted my prescription filled, not some person with a bad attitude to treat me like I’m stupid.

If you value your family member, or loved one. Don't come here. Especially if you are in need for meds. Never, Ever, coming back to this store if I can help it.

This place has gone downhill fast. Good luck calling them for questions, good luck asking questions in person and how they treat customers is ridiculous.

MANNERS MATTER at the pharmacyI have been picking up my prescriptions in Coweta for the last few months. I have not had a problem with the pharmaceutical part of the business yet, a good morning, I will be with you, shortly, a thank you, or you’re welcome are part of the daily communication format used working with customers and clients. If politeness was not taught at the college these pharmacy workers attended, Walgreens needs to make it part if their training in this store. It is the only Walgreens pharmacy that portrays this sort of behavior. By the way, this review does not apply to the other store workers. They are very friendly and polite. Thank you.

Don’t use this location for any prescription drugs at all. They are always closed. Weekends closed. After 6pm closed. Horrible service.

So I had a very invasive knee surgery and my orthopedic surgeon called in my pain medicine. The doctor made sure to follow state laws when calling in a 3rd pain prescription for me. I’m a veteran and they don’t take outside prescriptions. Anyways Walgreens pharmacy calls me and tells me the only way they would fill my pain medication is if I agree to start filling all my medication through them. The VA fills my seizure meds and cholesterol medicine for free. Just 1 of the 2 medications I’m on for seizures cost over $300 a month. Shame on you Walgreens for trying this on veterans. Also after speaking with the doctor’s office the pharmacist got rude with them as well over this.

We have been with Walgreens pharmacy for over 10 years. This last year of 2022 and the early part of 2023 has been a complete nightmare. Every time we go to pick up our prescriptions it is a ridiculous wait of sitting there because they don’t process the correct insurance and they try to charge 5 times the amount of our insurance by saying we don’t have insurance so they used a Good RX card instead. This has happened since 08/01/2022 and it’s 03/01/23. My husband had some procedures done, and they have been refusing to fill his pain medication which is a quantity of 14 - due to them not having a “current diagnosis.” We have been told multiple times this lady pharmacist is horrible and that we need to change pharmacies. Well, now we understand why so many are leaving Walgreens. Staff is very rude, and this pharmacist needs to gone from any pharmacy. We have canceled all of our prescriptions with them, and are moving everything to a completely different pharmacy. Eventually, someone important within Walgreens - will see what she’s doing to their customers and how we are treated. We are nothing but a number to this pharmacist and she hates her job. That is clear to see!

I've never ever had so many problems getting my husbands and daughter meds. They are charging my insurance, but not giving me my them the meds. The insurance are saying they're paying them , but the pharmacy is telling me they're are not. My daughter hasn't been able to get her meds in 2 months. Now my husband is having to suffer with not getting his. All because they're are trying to tell the doctor what he can and cannot have. So in the mean time my husband has to suffer. And they're rude!!!!!!!

12/6/2022- Update to yesterday’s bad, one star review. Never received emailed COVID results. Had to go in person to pick it up so I could return to work. Was a little better service today. One of the ladies from yesterday came up to the window to help me and waved hello because she recognized me from the day before. I think she’s a pharmacist. She was the only nice person yesterday and was kind again today. Another tech was kind and helpful today as well. Therefore I upgraded the one star to three stars, however I will never return to this pharmacy because of the rude and unprofessional service yesterday’s tech provided in person and over the phone, twice. I never want to see or deal with her again. I understand being shorthanded and overwhelmed. I work in the medical field and our office is also short staffed and it gets very stressful at times. The difference is that we NEVER take it out on our patients/customers. We understand they are the reason we’re here and employed. If you hate your job, find a new one and leave before you tear down that business.12/5/2022- Very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff. I’d give zero stars if allowed. Poorly trained with horrible customer service. I work in the medical field and know how customer service should be. They never emailed mine or my daughter’s COVID test results from yesterday which states would be within 2 hours. It’s not in our spam or junk folders either. My daughter never received her email either, which we both need in order to return to work. They’re rude in person and over the phone. Said she’ll attempt one more time. Still haven’t received it. I don’t believe they’re actually doing it. They said we have to go back up there with our drivers license to get a copy, which is extremely in convenient. They SHOULD NOT state on their COVID paperwork that they email the results, especially within 2 hours if they refuse to do so. It’s a lie and are unhelpful and rude about it. We should have received our copies by email yesterday to return to work today!!! Very frustrated with that horrible so called staff.

I normally don't use this pharmacy bc I hate big box anything. I have been using a small family pharmacy but they ran out of my medication. The employees were rude, inconsiderate and judgemental. I hope I never have to come back here. Work on your people skills please. If you don't like people don't work in a pharmacy

Hours for the pharmacy are awful. Seriously 9-6 M-F? Not even open on weekend? How is someone supposed to actually use this. I arrive 15 til close since I work til 5:30 but because of the 3 cars in front of me taking forever, the just closed the drive through and did not even try. Hire more people so you are open longer and on weekends also pay the a livable wage.

Unfortunately this establishment is not a "well oiled machine". Look elsewhere unless you enjoy being delayed, jerked around, treated poorly, etc. Walgreens Corporate really needs to step in and fix this tire fire.

I have never seen a pharmacy farther from “having it together” than the pharmacy at Walgreens. This place needs new management I guess. I almost always have to come by twice (after doc electronically sends prescription). Today I’m online for my 3rd trip to pharmacy window.. hoping I get it when I get up there. I will certainly update if I don’t get my prescriptions when I get up there.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last 3 times in 2 months that I needed important medication for my children they have been closed early or in the middle of the day. Broken Arrow Walgreens refused to fill my 14 month old pain medication after Coweta Walgreens was closed, right after having surgery.

Since when does a pharmacist have the right to choose how you pay for YOUR medications?!?!!! If I choose to pay cash for my prescriptions that is my choice and my right! If my prescription is VALID from a DOCTOR then the pharmacist shouldn't be able to not fill it just because I choose to pay outright!!! This pharmacy is always a problem and they can't get my insurance to work or they have to wait days to get papers back for insurance to cover it, well I cant go days without my medication and I pay cash or full price when then is a problem. I pay cause I need it, which again is my choice not the pharmacist!!! If the doctor didn't think I needed it then the script would have never been written and last I checked the pharmacist wasn't my doctor!!!
