I’ll only take my vehicles to Norm. Fair price and when he says “bring it to me on Tuesday”, he works on it on Tuesday. It doesn’t sit on his lot for a week while you are left without a car. Can’t recommend enough.

Best Auto Shop experience I’ve had. I have a 07 Toyota forerunner, my brakes needed replaced, and my hatch was not opening. I spoke primarily with Chris at the front desk who communicated with me everything that was going on, the whole team was great to work with. I was made aware on some things I didn’t know I needed but overall was able to get the main issues fixed within a few days.Definitely recommend Norm’s for anyone needing good service and efficient repairs.Services: Electrical

Norn, THANK YOU !!!You were a "bright spot" in my otherwise difficult trip to Broken Arrow. I live near Kansas City MO and experienced break failure late Saturday evening 85 miles from Broken Arrow. Of coarse there were no repair shops open on Sunday which was to be my day to travel back to KC. You were willing to work me in Monday morning even though I didn't have an appointment. What is more impressive, however, was your line of questions which helped you diagnose an unconventional problem with my brakes. Only an experienced repairman could have figured out the problem with the information you had. Better still, was price and getting a traveler back on the road in less than 15 minutes.Service: Brake service & repair
