This has been our go to place for care after hours. However, lately the wait time has been insane. Today the doctor prescribed our son antibiotics for an ear infection. The antibiotics with insurance is still 108$ out of pocket. We asked for a different antibiotic, the doctor felt that it was the right medication for him. So we asked if she had 100$ for his prescription. We will not be returning.

I brought my daughter in to the Broken Arrow MedWise location. She was having pain in her arm following an IV a few days prior. Apparently an ultrasound is needed to diagnose whether she has a blood clot. The clinic knew they did not have an ultrasound machine, but went ahead and admitted us, and took our money anyway. The doctor on duty told us that there’s nothing she can diagnose without an ultrasound machine. Someone should have told us that before admitting us and taking our $180. I think a refund is warranted.

I went in earlier this week and the building felt aesthetically pleasing and clean. I may have experienced a long wait; however, the staff was helpful and tried their best to get me in within a timely manner. The blonde receptionist, I believe his name was Kaleb, was respectful and checked in a couple times. I appreciated his attentiveness to each of the people waiting. The woman who led me back, Sarah, had good energy. She was a very charismatic person. I always feel unnerved in medical facilities and she made it more bearable.The one complaint I have with this facility was their lack of resources, I believe that with the proper amount of workers and resources it would have moved faster. Thank you for the great experience Kaleb and Sarah!

Went in on 8/16 with pneumonia like symptoms that I had been fighting for a long while, my 6 year old had recently been diagnosed with pneumonia. The "provider" wanted a chest x-ray to determine if it was bronchitis or pneumonia, I said if it's okay let's treat it like pneumonia because deductibles are ridiculous now and I've already been here for a LONG time. I felt like that was a fairly safe bet since I had been caring for my daughter with same symptoms (she got well). I was given a 10 day antibiotic, it did absolutely nothing. I gave it exactly 1 week after prescription ended in hopes I would get better but I didn't. So I called because the provider had told me when I was there "let me know if this doesn't work and we will try something else". I took that comment as meaning a phone call, not another $50 copay and long appointment. Office told me since it's been 3 weeks and they have lots of providers come in and out, it's a liability they can't risk to give me another antibiotic without me coming in person. I gave her the name of the provider and said maybe I just need to call the office she is at today because I feel like she would be willing to stand by her word since she saw me and we had this discussion? Office lady said she had no way of knowing if that provider was working today or where. I've brought my kids here several times and referred family, customers and friends. The wait is always long, even with appointments, but it's a convenient location when you can't get in same day elsewhere. However, this particular situation is frustrating and just not good business. I feel like they just want to bill my insurance again. Obviously I just need to get established with a doctor's office to avoid this.

Absolute garbage facility, they give kids pregnancy tests and bill you for it. Then when you call to question it they claim it’s by policy but don’t have a copy of the policy for you to see. We’re waiting on a call back from management but that doesn’t seem to be a priority. Don’t take your kids to these quacks.

This place is horrible! My grand babiy suffered through an ear ache and someone there said that they could take her insurance so we waited the whole night for an appointment the next morning, and then they said they didn’t take it and did nothing to help! They should be shut down!!! This is not my first bad experience with this place!

seen on 2/15/2022. Very clean clinic. Was brought back in a quick manner. Lisa, Sarah G, and Leah were all very caring and took the time to listen. Provider there that day (Jonathan Goodwin) actually took the time to listen and make sure he knew everything that was going on before taking the next steps forward. Would recommend this urgent care!

The worst care. Went there for a recurring eye infection. Was prescribed an ointment. The infection was past the point where that would have been an effective treatment. Finally after going back was given a prescription for antibiotics. But, it was only 4 pills. The degree of lack of concern I felt was appalling. I would never go there again.

They fixed my daughters finger and we were in our way in less than 30 minutes. We had went to a different Urgent Care first and were told they had met their walk in limit for the evening. The other facility didn’t close until 8 and it was before 6 when we showed up to be seen. MedWise was quick and the staff was amazing.

This place rocks. I go to them for most of my urgent care small medical needs in a pinch. This Coweta location is on top of their game and always courteous keeping mine and my family's health their number one priority from the moment we walk in the door til the moment we leave. Thank you for all you do for us.

Lisa administered Covid tests for my daughters and myself this morning and she was fabulous! Her bubbly personality and friendliness put everyone at ease, and we appreciated that she explained everything that was going to happen at each step of the process. She went above and beyond to make the process as pleasant as possible.The appointments were easy to make online, we never had to leave our car, and we were in and out with printed results in less than 40 minutes.

They are great. They take phenomenal care of me and my partner when we come in. They always make us feel safe and welcome. My partner isn’t cis gender, but they always use the correct pronouns and name. They also have a noise machine in most offices, which helps my anxiety. I know when I come in that me and my partner will be treated with respect and kindness. Aside from that that always do a great job diagnosing in a timely manner. Also the patient portal is a great help so I can always see the results of tests. Just a 10/10 urgent care all around

Came in needing some stitches 5 min before closing on a Friday. From getting out of car and getting back in to leave it was 30 min. They were fast friendly, professional and not put out that we kept them from going home on time. Great group of people.

Great service both times I've been here. Once for my toddler and once for myself. Great communication. Short wait times both in waiting room and in treatment rooms. Making the appointment and filling out the paperwork online was easy. It's our go to place now.
