I went into the k and g on 21st and Sheridan at 10:22 pm last night to use restroom before 11:00 pm. The young skinny guy was holding the front door open while he was playing on his phone. I went in. When I got to the bathroom the door locked. I asked him if the bathroom was locked, he was now sitting behind counter still playing on his phone and he says to me, " yeah, it's locked cuz the registers are closed." THEN WHY DID U LET ME IN AND STAND THERE PEEING MY SELF!! I have NEVER seen someone so vindictive of a stranger. I'm a Lyft driver and I could usually depend on kum and go so I buy my 5$ coffee drinks there. NEVER AGAIN

General Manager is an idiot. Gets attitude because people use a coupon that is in they're app for the store, but since he has to manually input it, he lies and says the sell ends that day and that they won't honor it, even though there is almost 2 weeks left on the coupon. Management is garbage and the store reflects that.

Kum and Go has come a long way in growth of store footage or stock or growth of store employees. I didn't really want to go to Kum & Go but, I'm finding myself Going there quite a bit and enjoying it.

Normally the staff are great. But there is one woman who is quite RUDE. When my bank card got stuck in the ATM, her only words to me were, “oh well.”. I have never had words with this woman, I have never been rude or disrespectful to anyone in that store. She is just NOT someone I would have working with the public. Rude and disrespectful and I wish she would be fired.

This is a great small store and a great town. They have good prices inside and is quick easy access with friendly employees. The fuel prices are really good and if you use your Kum & Go card you’ll get a discount on fuel every so often as well and they’ll email you specials for drinks and snacks and what not inside the store. Also during the summer Kum and Go has one dollar drinks which is fantastic.
