Do not use this storage the owner son doesn't know how to answer the phones and you get charged even though you try to pay your storage nobody answers

The older lady is a sweetheart and very nice. But I rented a unit and the door was broken. She couldn't get anyone to fix it within a week. She refunded my money but it out my move behind.

The lady in office is great as a person however her son is a little harder. Everything was fine the first couple months. When we got heavy rain in January it flooded my unit from the roof.we open door and took out all that got wet. Let it dry and had to throw a lot of it away cause it was ruin. I told them and they said there was nothing they could do. She said her son would look at roof. Well we figures they would fix it. I guess I was wrong. It rain some last month and we just got in there yesterday everything had to go. My sons bed was ruined. And all the wooded furniture was trash. My mother buffet table from 60 years ago was ruin on top r Rom water so%ing on top of it. They are not doing anything to make it right. That upsets me. I understand I should have check more but do to medical reason I could not.
