I purchased a house with this agent in July she has been preventing me from getting in touch with the sellers agent about my home builder warranty and causing a legal nightmare because I was told I had a completed house and I do not. The sellers agent is from the same agency Cheri Hutson and Cindi Knippers sold me an as is house fraudulently telling me I had a warranty.

Amber was an absolute pleasure to work with. As the seller I can honestly say she was way more helpful than my own agent. She definitely goes above and beyond putting her clients needs before her own. She was very professional and and always fast to respond. Highly recommended!
