Due not work here! If you have plans be sure not to make them permanent. Because your days off you won’t be off. The schedule gets change less than 24 hours. The manager doesn’t know how to do her job. She is so unprofessional by texting her employees that if they don’t come in on there days off that they will get a write up. Instead of letting you know that you are fired she tells everyone else at the store before the actual employee. Also telling an employee that the last two days she hasn’t been here has been more peaceful than the whole time they work there is highly unprofessional. You make your employees find other employees to work for them when they are sick when in fact you are the manager and that is your job by state law. You are the manager for a reason. Maybe learn how to do your job instead of blaming it on employees. It is a very hostile environment. This manager will tell other employees to watch other employees to see what they are doing. Instead you should be a manager and pull that employee to the side to have a private conversation. Also when you decide to fire someone don’t do it out in the front where everyone can see and hear the conversation. Also let them know they are actually fired not just ignore there phone calls and texts and take them off the schedule and not say anything to where that employee had to come to you to ask if she was fired. Very highly unprofessional place to work!!
