Sent my 2018 colorado in for a leak. Got a call from them the very next day. They explained to me that it was a possible cracked torque converter. I told them do whatever needs to be done. About 4 business days later i got the call to come pick it up. They even notified me that my parking brake needed some attention. To me thats TOP NOTCH SERVICE. when i picked it up i assume the owner was who i had talked to had reminded me again that my brake needed service. He even apologized for taking so long...honestly thats the fastest transmission service i had encountered. The truck runs great! I couldn't be more impressed! Thanks again to pioneer transmission for getting me back on the road..FAST!

Mike's been in business since I can remember and never heard a bad story about them. Most shops worth their salt in the area recommend him as well for transmission work.

Awesome job and fast return on my rebuild.. runs like new.. well done fellas.. Best part? The price was exactly what was quoted.. I saw someone say they were too expensive.. well I'll tell ya.. they are not.. even if they are expensive in some people's eyes... good work isn't cheap.. and cheap work isn't good... either way.. super stoked with price and the work.

Called pioneer transmission about our 2016 Mazda CX-5. I was told to bring the vehicle in, and they would figure out what was going on with it. The very next day he called back with the diagnosis that it needed a new transmission, but because of supply chain problems was unable to get a remanned transmission at the time. He then went on the hunt for a good used transmission for me. He found one and got it installed within a week! Was completely satisfied with the service and customer service I received. Would recommend them to anyone!Service: Transmission

The owner is a very nice guy. I'm going to have him put a new clutch in my ford ranger. He's very knowledgeable about transmission work and told me some things i didn't think about. I'm going to use him when he gets caught up. I would give him a 5 star.
