Horrible customer service...
If you're late on paying, which happens, don't expect to get the locks taken off any time soon.
Rent increases, added fees, no military considerations, they just do not care. DO NOT rent from these people or this company. Been stuck here renting, I'm a disabled veteran, and they couldn't give 2 sheets!!! If I were able, and not in hospital., I'd get ALL my Belongings out, ASAP... being handicap, sucks and they take advantage of that.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! SCAMMERS! WILL NOT DELETE YOUR DEBIT CARD AND WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU MONTHS AFTER YOUVE MOVED OUT. AWFUL LANDLORDS. - Update - Owner contacted and refunded money, be careful of the property manager, super lazy.

Trying to get ahold of you called the number that is listed goes to voice mail, wish to let you know moving out of 111 by next wk10/10/21. They voicemail says two thing then clicks an does the same again won’t let you leave a message received a notice of change of rate called that number
