The concrete plant blocks the road on the weekdays and Vicytory blocks it on the weekends. Trucks too heavy for the road, and just blocking traffic for long periods. I get why they don't care the taxpayers are fixing the roads not Victory Energy. I understand they provide jobs, but they also prevent people from getting to theirs. I have lived here long before the concrete plant and Victory.

This is a very poorly ran company. There is improper communication, a negative work environment, high turnover, low morale, a larger than normal amount of office gossip, unhealthy competition between peers that is supported by management and it is a very unsupportive place to work. It is very much a “my way or the highway” approach from superiors. John the owner and the other “higher ups” do not care about the well-being and safety of their employees. Orders do not go out on time and are not scheduled correctly which lead to delays and an unnecessary rush put on the shipping and receiving team. I absolutely do not recommend applying or working for this company. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Victory Energy takes great care in their customer from start to finish. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every detail.

Took a test yesterday and from what I can see is that it's a relatively small company with few employees. Looks like a good place to work
