LET ME HELP YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PREVENT A HEADACHE. I WILL NOT GO TO Collinsville POST OFFICE NEVER EVER AGAIN. I mailed a letter certified mail which should arrive in 3-5 days. ( sent on 3/20/24 asked if it would arrive by 4/1/24 the response was “it will arrive in plenty of time)
It has been 2 1/2 months and we still have not received our check. We had to pay to send mail certified. Pay to stop payment and pay a fine for late payment.We asked for refund by the supervisor (Stephanie) and she refused. She stated that they did deliver the letter. But it took 2 1/2 month that is not in an acceptable timeframe. We are still looking for the check we sent.Give your business to other Post Offices not Collinsville.

I just wanted to say that I just now left the post office here in Collinsville, Ok and there was a very professional employee that is being trained right now. I just wanted to say that if the post office continues hiring and training their employees like her the post office is going places!!

Bad service, most of the time they’re losing my packages and delivering my mail to the wrong address. They don’t take an extra second to look up to the signs to make sure that they get the right address. Laziness…

I go out of my way to go to this post office. I send packages out internationally and they arrive in a more timely manner than most other locations.

I was missing a Christmas package that showed delivered. I called the Collinsville post office and the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and took down all my information, tracking, etc. It was less than 15 minutes and I assume it was him personally that delivered it to my door. So thankful and appreciate his quick response.

I had to revise this review based on the way the postmaster handled the problem. I had a call from him first thing in the morning and he was so kind and understanding. Any business can make a mistake but how they handle it is what makes a winner. My concerns were addressed and my confidence restored.

For over a year we have been receiving the wrong mail. I have tt to the carrier, and the post master numerous times. I am told how sorry they are and that the situation will be corrected. Today I received 5 pieces of mail and not one of them belonged to our family. Some of our neighbors return mail, and a few neighbors like to open it. Why can't they get it RIGHT!!!!
