I’m not one to give bad reviews but their car wash ripped off a side panel on my brand new vehicle. It’s not a huge deal but that $200 you could have spent to fix it would have been made back over a few months(claim is probably under my wife’s name she was the one who filed it). If you don’t provide a guest service first business model especially on small losses like this then maybe an operations restructure is necessary.

I like that they use your license plate instead of a windshield sticker, but the vacuums at the 116th St North location have very little suction and are terrible.

Here we are a year later and Tommy's Express still has not taken responsibility for fixing my bumper that was ripped off by their car wash. They said that because there was a gap between the metal panel and plastic bumper (came from the factory that way) they were not responsible. Both videos of before going in and coming out are posted on my TikTok @BarbaraBormann.

Get my vehicle washed 3-4 times a week. Tommy's never let's me down and is always convenient. Located between McDonald's and Taco Bell. Can't miss it!

Fast and easy would have gave a 5star but like most auto car washes the hatch or tailgate never get cleaned very well.

Consistently inconsistent. When you pay to have someone wash your vehicle you hope it comes out without streaks of dirt or patches of untouched areas.
