They'll take appointments and walk-in clients! I did a walk-in this time, and I was in and back out with a great haircut in about a half hour. I've had cuts by 4 or 5 of their staff members, and never had a bad experience. The conversation has always been wonderful and the prices are very affordable for professional haircuts. Very family friendly, down-home environment!

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I bring my kids here for haircuts and they absolutely love everyone here.
They listen and do a great job of making their ideas come to life.
We've been coming for at least a year and will continue coming for as long as we love in this area!

I had an appointment on December 9th. The lady was running very late which caused her to rush on my hair. I called to complain because there were three different colors in my hair. Strawberry blonde roots, ash blond on the sides and bleached blonde in the back. I called to speak to Joseph and he was extremely rude to me. He said that no one wanted to work with me and that salon was not for me. He said that the problem was that we had been taught that the customer was always right when the customer is not always right. He said that they did a service for me and they would not fix it. He never apologized and told me that he would not be bullied by me. I never bullied him this was my hair that was not right for my 25th vow renewal. Jen did not do a good job. It took Paul Mitchell salon 5 hours to fix my hair. They said my roots had hot root and the sides were indeed ash. There was no flow in color. Save yourself lots of heartache and do not go here. Joseph even bad mouthed my friend who used to do my hair there. I was treated very unprofessionally. They might be cheaper but it is clear they don’t know what they are doing. They also need a lesson in customer service.

Friendly folks. Most of the stylists are good with little people haircuts. I almost always walk in and have never had to wait more than about twenty mins.
