The Manager lady is super sweet, that’s why I’m giving this place at minimum 2 stars… There is a Asst manager there I think his name is Jacob, always in a terrible mood never nice to any of the customers and a complete j*** to others, I’ve also Read that he has a track record for how he treats customers… If I where his boss, he’d be fired a long time ago

I will never shop at any dollar generals ever again. One bad apple can ruin everything. I just watched the manager cuss out someone who forgot from what I can tell forgot an item. Her cart was packed full. The manager came out rude and scared the young lady. They both look at the receipt. Her receipt was long! Poor girl. I over heard her say she thought she scanned them she had what I could tell was 2 of them. She took it back inside and the manager came out threatening her and she told her the item was back behind her. I’m sorry but that type of management is not something I agree with.No matter the situation you never treat any customer that way. She left the store unattended when she went out both times.The manager could have handled it better than what she did. Horrible customer service. I have witnessed her in other occasions being rude to others but this today made my heart hurt.

Never enough staff and manager is so very rude all the time. She looks so annoyed at work and rude to what employees are there. Always have to wait for someone to be at the register. I only ever see one person work and they ignore the front register and door.Just plain unwelcoming!
