Went for my first visit today. Entire staff was friendly. Felt very well taken care of. Got what I needed quickly and will be back in a month for progress check-in. Great place and cannot recommend it enough!!!

I was so incredibly disappointed today. I have recently been hospitalized and came to get my medical records. I called a day prior to confirm the hours of operation and the availabilityof my records, at which time I was told "we'll be open". I confirmed that I would arrive some time today to pick up the records (I am not well enough to drive and told her I had to get a ride) I had been requesting since hospitalized.
When I arrived at 12:59pm we were literally rushed at by the front desk receptionist as she yelled, "we're closed!", to which I replied, "I am just here to pick up my medical records, I've just driven from Fayetteville, I called yesterday and you said you would be open."
She responded, "You didn't say what time you were coming, we are closed from 1-2". I responded, "thats why i called yesterday,", she repeats herself and further said, "it's on the door you walk through every time ". I have walked through the door 4 times in a calendar year...
She is literally yelling at me at this point and getting in my personal space. I am 3 days out of the hospital for a massive pulmonary embolism (which the Dr.s at the hospital say was caused by the drugs I recieved at this clinic), I am on oxygen and this person is yelling at me like the building is on fire and I've done something wrong. FOR NO REASON.
I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SOMEONE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD WHO IS SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. SHE HAS NO PLACE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. SHE COULD HAVE HANDLED IT SO DIFFERENTLY. THE WAY WE WERE LITERALLY LUNGED AT MADE MY HEART JUMP AND MY BP GO THROUGH THE ROOF.
I SUGGEST THE EMPLOYEES LAY OFF THE DIET PILL STASH.
Prior to this exchange I had good experiences and was even bringing a new customer in with me.
What piece of work. I have to go back at 2 to try and get my records again and I feel like I need police escort. I did call the local PD and put them on alert as I was concerned she might attempt to provoke me.
I returned and picked up my records at 240. Laura was very pleasant and helpful. Unlike the person I previously dealt with.

My experience with this medical center has been amazing! The staff is always so welcoming and encouraging! I love being able to walk in and feel right at home. My weight loss journey has also been so much easier with their support!

I am commenting on the owners behavior, not the staff. I am not a previous or current patient. I went in for an interview scheduled at 2pm and he did not show up until after 2:30. The whole interview lasted approximately 10 minutes. The job was not explained prior to the interview but I was confident in my skills. The owner had a rough time understanding my work timeline. I had to point out the dates and locations. It was not difficult to understand. Before the interview was over, he asked if I was a patient in a similar facility or had been in the past. I mentioned trying a clinic in the past; he asked if it helped me. I said I tried it for a few months but it wasn't working out for me at the time. He said okay well I have more interviews to do and we'll call you. I left and he walked out after me and left as well. I am overweight; so to be asked about my weight in a roundabout manner was frustrating. I did not get the position which I applied for. If offered, I do not think I would of accepted due to that first impression.

I went today with different circumstances. The dr and staff was very knowledgeable, and really cared and made me feel comfortable. Upbeat, happy atmosphere.

I feel comfortable with the staff. They are truly concerned with your concerns.The Wonderful Lady's are so helpful. If I am in need some inspiration to keeping on track, they are will to go the extra mile to help me.If you have questions or need help with Diet plans, they are welcoming and not judging. They want to help.I would recommend this to those who feel they need it.

WARNING for new customers. Please make sure to keep a copy of the sign and agree contract on what is agreed on because you will never get to see the copy of your contract. So if you were told that you have 24 months or 12 months to pay off balance without interest then when you checked your online purchase promo ends up only 6months to me that is borderline scam. And when you request a copy of the signed contract they will not give it to the account holder. This review is just a quick warning. I hope this clinic reads their review

I absolutely LOVE coming here, the ladies are always friendly and in a good mood. They are super patient and will listen to you. They make me feel confident and excited about my my weight loss journey!
The clinic is ALWAYS kept clean, it's organized and they know how to make everyone feel welcome!
