Great shop broke down on the 40 East over 4th of July was able to get my car in that Friday despite everyone else being off that day had my vehicle back before noon Monday broken axle all the mechanics were great Johnny is the technician that worked on my vehicle I have nothing but praise for that guy great mechanic even better human being hard to find these days I give them 10 Stars

I did not have a good experience I paid300 dollars for them tojustslap my exhaust back together left cuts in piping and didn't even put the exhaust top back on.

Wow...$67 for a fuse replacement...$2 for the part...$65 for labor. If it were my business...it would have been free for good word of mouth advertising....way to go Zanes...yet again I hear horrible things about your company! Gus Tire Repair or Western Tire is who'd I'd recommend!

Cindy in the office Otto and Scott in the shop we're awesome! Professionalism quickness and efficiency I had to replace a wheel bearing on the company trailer and Zane's auto was able to help me last minute and got us back on the road in no time!

We were on our way from New Mexico to Missouri with three dogs and a cat in two separate vehicles. One of the vehicles had a flat tire we went to one car tire place and they said they couldn't get it to it for an hour and 45 minutes it was very hot too hot for animals to wait an hour and 45 minutes in a car. We called zanes and they told us to come right in and in about 15 minutes and $20 we were back on the road can't say enough good about these folks.

They automatically refused to help us when we walked in when we were in an emergency. Two auto shops down the road immediately got us in even when they were super busy. They need better customer service. I get being busy, but when there is a case of emergency, you don’t turn away a customer.
