Dropped a tire off to be repaired. Left to run some errands so I would be able to go to work when the tire was fixed. Came back hour later and they didn’t fix it, but fixed others before us. So we have to wait here in the parking lot to get service? Maybe tell the customer that so they aren’t wasting their time.

I will never do anymore service here. Just had my oil changed at a different location and last time it was changed they didn’t close the air box, along with selling me bad tires and said it was my vehicle. When I went and got them checked at a different place they said my vehicle was just fine it was bad tires!!

I had a blow out on my jeep, they came to my rescue! I had a spare that had the wrong rim for my car. They came and got it and fixed it for me. They are amazing, friendly people. If you have tire problems call them first. Thank you for helping me!

Live in Woodward, engine light came on while traveling to Clinton. Stopped in for assist and was assisted by, I think it was, Carmen. He was very helpful and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes. Can’t say how nice, friendly and helpful all staff were. Will definitely consider returning to buy tires when needed. Thank you employees Western Ok Tire & Svc.

Love these guys at this shop! Always super helpful and professional. Even without an appt I wasn’t waiting very long for 4 new tires! Jimmy is always super friendly and helpful when picking out tires.

Took my wife's car into get two new tires on front . I asked if they could do it with out scratching rims,they said yes. And torque tire Well they scratched both. And over torqued tires.They got mad at me and said they was already scratched and nothing they can do about over torque. They said they would fix, but it's been (3 weeks) and my wife's car is still down . My wife needs her car. Please I am asking who every owns this business.please step up.

Jimmy and the rest of the tire shop crew always go above and beyond to figure out the problem! If it’s something they can work on, it will get fixed!!! If you are still having issues with it, Jimmy will be on it to take care of ya til you’re satisfied. Highly recommend!
