The take over staff has excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products and surrounding areas. I like the fact they make house calls for any equipment needs which makes life so much easier. I'm looking forward to doing future business with them.

Listen to the negative reviews. I do not recommend dealing with this company. The Clinton office is incompetent. I won't go into the details but Tina is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried for weeks to get my prescription filled and was strung along without success. Very bad company.

I only give them 1 star because there's no negative numbers! The office staff never gets my order right. And the technician doesn't ever come back to bring the tanks that he was supposed to bring in the first place! So now I'm going to be completely without oxygen for 4 days until the technician comes back to town in 6 days! And...he finally showed up! And he told me that I should not be going through 2 e-tanks and 4 m tanks a week! How does he know how often I get out of the house?! And is it his business to know?!

These people are in the business of defrauding the elderly, first, they sold my 86 year old mother a lift chair in suede when they knew that that wasn't acceptable for the Veterans Home, then when she cancelled the order, they charged her a $200 restocking fee ( which was never mentioned during the initial transaction) for a product they didn't have in stock to begin with. Buyer beware. And Yes, there will be a call made to the Better Business Bureau

My mother ordered a lift chair for my dad. We are having to place him in a facility and said facility said they could only take leather or faux leather. We went that day to change the fabric to leather instead of cloth. Staff was not helpful and acted like we were lying to them. Gave them the name of the person at the facility to talk to. They told my mom that there would be a $200 charge to change the fabric. Chair had been ordered since July 23. Still wasn't even manufactured yet. Mom ended up canceling the chair and they kept $200 of the $700 she had paid them. They said it was a re-stocking fee. No where in the paperwork was a re-stocking fee mentioned nor mentioned at time of purchase. No very reputable.
