Im very sad to make this bad review. I have never had issues paying for an item won. I really feel robbed. Before you do your online auction they take your credit card and charge it. After you won a semi expensive item they say they cant use credit cards due to fraud. But they make you enter a credit card before you bid and charge it. How does that make since. I take fault that I should click every tab and spend 3 days of reading for a simple bid. I feel bad for the seller losing money and the buyers not getting items because they clearly don’t post payment options easily for users. Again my fault that I tried to pay and they won’t take payment.

Have had too many bad experiences with the firearms auctions. The last item I won in an auction was nowhere near the condition listed in the description and shown in the pictures. Having 15% sellers premium, plus 15% buyers premium, plus CC "convenience fee" then add city tax on top of that, it's just not worth the hassle.

I've participated in several online auctions with Heard Auctions. I have nothing but good things to say. They've set up the online auctions to be very easy to bid with good pictures. Pickups are easy and well staffed with helpful, polite and professional staff. 10/10 highly recommended.
