I have used h& r block for so many years but I decided this year I would just go to Jackson Hewitt since it was right there in my work. Lisa Hastings has been working the Cleveland branch for a lot of years and she is such a friendly person. I went ahead and had her do my taxes and just saying, she is amazing!

It was great service but the person who was helping me was freezing yes she was older and I'm 19 but those people deserve a comfortable work environment for the kind of work they do it was cold to me as well
