Absolutely horrible place. I've had nothing but issues with them and I've only had the unit for a few weeks. The manager is completely useless and does not address anything. First off, I couldn't use the unit because the hardware to hold a pad lock was destroyed and unable to be used. I called the manager Ralph and he tells me to order a special lock that will fit the other option for locking. He had zero concern that it's not my responsibility to have to special order a lock because they can't or won't do very basic maintenance on their units. Next time I go to access the unit, the power is out to the gate. I call and ask for it to be addressed and I'm told I'll get a call back when it's fixed. I never got a call back. After that, I call Ralph asking for a discount due to the issues and he said he has to talk to his manager and I ask for a call back. No call back! Then today, I go to access the unit and the gate doesn't have power yet again. I call the main number, no answer, I call Ralph, no answer. This place is a complete joke and rip off! Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

This is by far the best storage facility around Sand Springs. The storage is gated. It is very close to several boat ramps! The units are very clean and the property is well taken care of. The owner is very prompt with responses and he is very honest. I would not store my boat anywhere else!!!
