I changed to McGraw recently because the propane dealer I was using couldn't seem to get out to fill my tank. After a week of waiting for them to deliver and then not answering the phone when I tried to find out what the delay was, I called McGraw. They came out the same day I called and filled my tank. That's proper service. I've not had any issues at all with McGraw and am now on their monitoring system.

My dad ordered gas and it was not delivered the day he was told. When he called the office numerous times he was told they would check with the driver and call him back which they did not. They hung up on him one time. when my husband Called to find out what was going on they didn’t return his call either and hung up on him 3 times. I notified the production manager who found out that the secretary did hang up on them. Drivers excuse was he couldn’t find location. The y are suppose to deliver on Monday. We’ll see. Wouldn’t even buy from them but no one else in this area delivers off road diesel.
